This is the closes stand-alone location to me (4 miles). I never had a problem with them until the last few weeks. I’m a person who hates whip cream and will not drink if it has it so I always order my drinks without it. For some reason, my drinks still have them despite the tickets saying no Whip. Yes, I called to 800 number and received a refund but I just want my drink made correctly. I have more pictures like these below. These were just 2 days back to back.

Took me twenty minutes to get a tea. I ordered online and when I got there. They had 1 person making drinks and 1 person. Cleaning the picture is how long the line was. I’m confused on why they were so focused on cleaning. And they didn’t help make drinks. I asked for eight pumps of honeyblind as a sweetener for the tea and I counted as the server was making my drink and they only put five asked him straight to his face if he put eight pumps of honey and he lied to me and said yes.tasted the drink n it was super sour. I’m confused on why he lied when I’ve been waiting and staring at them the entire time this location has always been terrible n the wait is always long even if you order online.

Haven’t been to this Starbucks location before. Got the sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. It was served very hot!!!! Had to wait some minutes for it to cool down. It was tasty.

I ordered the Tomato & Mozzarella Panini. I paid $6.77 for a sandwich and it barely had any content in it, it’s so flat you can barely even see any contents between the two pieces of bread. You can even see from the pictures I posted of what my sandwich looks like vs the (last) pic which is what it looks like on the Starbucks website. I’m tasting more bread than anything on the first and last bites of the sandwich. The bread quality and contents were good (which is why I’m giving 2 stars) but please add some more of the ingredients. I shouldn’t have to be seeing dry corners of nothing but bread; at least have enough content to where it doesn’t seem like I’m eating two pieces of bread rather than a sandwich. The most frustrating thing about this is the amount of content they’re advertising on their site compared to what I’m actually getting.

Clean, well lit and helpful staff. Spacious, tables well designed with space for guests to plug I devices and work while eating. It’s on a major road so it’s easily accessible. The Hot Chocolate was just exactly as I like it, creamy and medium hot while the sandwich was fresh, warm and tasty.

By far one of the worst starbucks I have been to. For the most busy hours of the day they only had five workers who were taking their sweet time inside and it took me 30 minutes to get a simple tall caramel frappacino. Everyone was waiting in frustration due to the focus being on uber eats and the drive through. Also, many peoples drinks were skipped over causing a longer time. This place needs to do better especially being in a super busy area in Shadow Creek Ranch.

Good afternoon I am a frequent patron of Starbucks been to this location several times store#17099. My experience there today was not a great one. I ordered the Strawberry Acai lemonade 4 Agave no ice venti and a Frappuccino no coffee. As I wait on my order to be made A red truck with 2 large Huskies pulled up. The young lady Jumanya (the one with the wrap covering her head) went over to the drive through reached through the window and began to rub this Huskie that was hanging outside the truck in the drive through window. She then to proceed to come back to make my beverages. She poured the acai mix and lemonade into the cup I stop her and ask her if that was my drink she was making she said for Stephanie I said yes but I do not want that drink as I just witness you rubbing the dog and you did not wash your hands. She rolled her eyes and went over and whispered to her co worker and proceeded to have an attitude. I will be calling and writing the regional and corporate office as I am sure this is also a health code violation.

I only get the hot cofee flavors. When it’s not the fall or holidays, the flavors seem to become scarce or always sold out. Not just this location but all. Otherwise great staff and service.
