I made an online order. We drove 15 minutes into town to get our online order. My husband is walking up to the door and sees all of the Starbucks employees walking out the door and the shift manager locking the door. They ignore him and pretend like he’s not standing there until he asks what’s going on. The shift manager very rudely tells him he’s going to have to come back tomorrow. Which sucks because we already paid for our coffee and drove to this location. He goes to back up his truck and this same shift manager starts laying on her horn!!! Either because she’s in a hurry or has zero depth perception. The customer service at this location is nonexistent. I am fine with there being unforeseen issues causing a store to have to shut down for the day, but I am not okay with rude behavior when it costs nothing to be kind.

My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks for pumpkin spice lattes. I ordered one regular and one customized, on the app. The lattes were delicious. Service was friendly. The small parking lot was free and clean. The store was clean, including the restroom. Recommended!

Love Starbucks, but this place is terrible as far as the food. I bought a grilled cheese and did not realize it was hard as a rock and cold until I drove on down the road 15 minutes not a quick turnaround. Could never get an answer when trying to call for refund

I went through the drive through and I described my order wrong and when I tasted it I realized it was not the same drink I had the day before. I went inside and explained that to one of the workers, Faith, and she was very sweet and fixed my drink with no extra charge! Great customer service at this location! They are always nice and very helpful! Wish more businesses were like this!

It’s a Starbucks. Only complaint other than the normalized high prices is that the parking lot and drive thru will NOT accommodate anything larger than a compact car without hitting some type of curb.

While it has good drinks, (we were going through town & had a 5 hour trip for home) I had ordered on my mobile app, came in the store to pick it up & not one person who worked there acknowledged me picking up my order like they do where I usually go in the south houston area & the San Marcos area!

Love this coffee shop they have great sandwiches great coffee n fast service. The only bad service I’ve ever had here is when new employees r making tha coffees they sumtimes don’t make it right.
