It’s the exact same Starbucks you can find anywhere else but in a college student center on the second floor. There is a good amount of seating both inside and outside, and just about every seat has something nearby a customer could put their drink down on. I’ve seen them get orders wrong quite a few times but have never had trouble getting them to fix it.

Here is your unbiased review from a SFA student who isn’t a “Starbucks is my personality trait” basic person. Yes, it tastes good, yes it’s quite expensive, with drinks averaging $5-9 per cup. Considering how quickly the drinks come out, and the service I got, I think most of these reviews need to chill. It’s not that bad, they just expect minimum wage employees to treat them like royalty.

Just lower your standards and expectations when you visit here. This review is from 4 visits here. I live out of town travel the entire US so frequent Starbucks. No one cares here. Coffee not bad. You are not going to get 3.5 star service here. Attitudes roll through the building. I came through early around 6 am and thought the guy working window and coworker where going to fight. The barista on todays visit is standing at station scrolling phone there is no designated mobile order pick up so I ask sh rolls her eyes up at me never says a word looks at where sticker prints snatches it then continues scrolling. What a joke. Hey but my standards are low but when I pay $6 for a coffee I want a little service. If I could give negative stars I would “tap that screen”

Sorry, sorry place with terrible costumer service. Today I went in for two venti coffee they were misunderstood to be grande, that’s completely fine not a big deal… until one of the barista’s named Isabella, asked me if I had problem or did I need to say something from behind the counter! I asked for the manager as she continued to get loud with me! Finally the manager came out, and asked what the problem was and I told her..:. She said she’d speak with her. For me that is not enough after she completely lost her composure on me in front of a full store! I will be contacting corporate and anyone else I need to contact to have her terminated!

It was way better before the remodel. They took out a lot of the seating and expanded the bar. This is definitely not a social place anymore. No one sits down with their drink. This location seems to be geared way more toward mobile / delivery service orders and the new design seems to reflect that. A shell of its former self.

The girls that work the register are not properly trained at all. They over charge for simple drinks because they have no idea how to actually build the drink. They’re also very rude, as someone who worked at a very popular Starbucks in Dallas these girls would have been let go long ago. They are not up to company standards whatsoever.

Please properly train your employees or find better ones. The girl I dealt with today had no idea what a triple espresso over ice was and tried charging me $7 for a latte instead… I’m patient with new people but not when they try to lie to me and steal. This is pathetic.

I ordered online as I drove from Lufkin. Got there and the store was closed. Not only are they closed, everything else on campus is closed – so, now I’ll have to drive off campus to get something. Thanks, Starbucks. Do better. Also, there were several people that came in after me with similar issues.

Walked in today with my 7 year old to get hot chocolate. No one said hello, no one made eye contact, no one Ever came to assist us. After standing around at the register for 10 minutes watching people frantically assisting drive thru customers, we left. My 7 year old was clearly upset. I never leave bad reviews but today is the exception. Will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would.
