We stopped by Jersey Mike’s and were happy to see there was no line when we arrived. The dining area was completely full, so it seemed like we had just missed a busy rush.
When we got to the counter, the staff seemed noticeably tense with one another. The person making our gluten-free sandwiches seemed annoyed by the extra steps involved, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. We also noticed a lady who walked in right after us—she stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. No one greeted her or let her know there might be a wait due to allergy accommodations. After a few minutes, she ended up walking out.
There was also a moment of tension between staff as one employee prioritized an online order over helping the waiting customer, which seemed to create more stress behind the counter.
Despite the awkward atmosphere, our sandwiches were great—Jersey Mike’s always delivers on quality food. Just hoping for a little more kindness and communication from the staff next time!

Ordered ahead a 13 and an 8. Got 2 turkey subs instead that were not made at all how we ordered. Tried calling the store and no answer. We live 20 minutes away and am just sitting down at 8pm from working all day to eat dinner. No way was I going to have either my husband or myself drive 40 more minutes to have the order remade after working 13 hours ourselves.

Did a take out order. Showed up at the designated time and it was clear they weren’t rushing on our order. After 10 more minutes asked on status and they said they were working on it. 5 or so people / families showed up after and ordered in line and got their food and left. Sitting here now 20 min after our pickup time and it’s still not clear if they are making it. Might try the gold star next door.

Heard about their new sandwich salad so I wanted to try em. Well to say I’m disappointed in the lack of salad this has. I could go to the grocery store and get better and that’s sad to say. The salad I had yesterday was a salad for sure because I had leftovers to eat later which I did. Jersey mikes need to do better. My expectations were let down big time. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back after this. Half hour drive there and half an hour to get home disappointed with what I paid for.

We’re have visited so many Jersey Mikes across the US & excited to grab an early dinner enroute home. The service & staff had attitude, untrained ( didn’t know how to make a sub Mikes way & clearly had a new young, know it all, loud Mgr who did her best to make the staff & customers uncomfortable! Decided to show everyone how to stock the chis rack, take pics & announce this is how it is supposed to be done. Then disapprove of staff in front of customers. Normally These stores have great enthusiasm & everything is humming along positive! This location needs some work!!

Used to be great, but recently they keep putting Jalapeños on my veggie sandwich despite it never coming with them before and today because of that i even noted in the instructions to NOT put them on there, and they still did. Not sure what happened, I guess some new people think they come with the veggie and don’t read instructions on online orders.

We ordered 9 subs, and after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we had 7 subs. We asked the guy making the subs where they were, and he said they were done. We told him they were not done, and he said they were going to be done in 5 minutes. 7 minutes later, we got them. No matter how busy a fast food restaurant is, it should not take 45 minutes from when you walk in to when you get your food.

This location is consistently bad. The sandwiches are never correct, even when it’s an online order. The service in the shop is lack luster and everyone acts like they hate their job. I am assuming it’s because of the area of Florence is in because the one in fort Mitchell is the complete opposite. I have never experienced a place where every time I order, something is wrong with it.

Waited almost 30 minutes past my pick up time. People who came in after me to pick up were given their food well before me. Staff wouldn’t even acknowledge people there for pickup.
