My husband went to pick up an online order brought it home 16 miles away. 3 meat and cheese hard shell tacos 2 mini taco salads and nacho bell grande and whatever he ordered. I have Barretts disease and insainly sensitive to spicy foods. We are always careful “not!” to order spicy foods. Somehow one of my three tacos and both mini tacos salads was set aflame with the hottest (spiciest) meat ever. I stopped eating since the pain in my esophagus was insane. By time it hits my esophagus milk isnt helping the thinned lining and expose holes and nerves. As tears begin to flow, I can’t help but think. Did I get sabotaged food or did someone order it. Pour hot packets on it and return it or was a spiced online order No one picked up and was reissued. Since it had an old look to it. I mean is it now gotten to the point where you can’t be certain that the dietary restrictions that cripples someone can’t be promised safe food? All because employees isn’t trained properly or flat out dont care what pain or potentially worse issues they may be inflicting. I never had issues before with Taco bell. I will forever think twice about going here. Now!

If I could give this place, no stars I would. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered, worst food I’ve ever encountered and almost if not the worst GM I’ve ever encountered. Food was incorrect and was disgusting and was cold. I live 15 to 20 minutes away and all they offer is a free taco or I can drive 20 minutes back to get it remade. All my sauces were missing, which I pay extra for lol. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in the history of going to Taco Bell. They will nail you with food. They made probably three hours ago, incorrect orders because they’re busy, and once you complain and offer you no apologies in a really disgusting customer experience attitude. I went above and beyond to report it to Taco Bell and to call customer service seeing as I wasn’t getting the response or feedback that I should’ve been given at my store. THIS store

I ordered a number of items to go from the self-serve kiosk. I didn’t order 2 beef soft tacos as is stated on the receipt but I did order a cheesy GORDITA crunch but did not receive. The phone number went to a message that the party I was trying to reach wasn’t able to answer.

They will always get your order wrong, and they will always forget items. Not worth your time. Third time in a row before making this review, all three months between visits and every time I say I’m not going back! This time they threw the food in the bag, insides of taco all down inside bag and I bring it up to girl at window and she says have a good day and slams window shut. No thanks! Terrible service! *** just got home, all hard shells thrown in bag and broken.

Ordered 2 soft shell tacos and a Doritos taco, but it took 20 minutes. The people I came with got their order instantly. Upon confronting the kitchen crew, they insisted my order was next and proceeded to move lethargically. At what point do we ditch the name “fast food” and just go to a sit-down restaurant? We also placed the order ourselves and cleaned our table before sitting down. AI can’t replace workers fast enough.

I ordered delivery. An hour went by and no one had even picked up my order. So I tried to cancel. It said I couldn’t because my order was “being processed.” Tried to cancel numerous times, but nope. By the time someone finally picked up my order it was a full 40 minutes after the “latest” delivery time. So the workers clearly wouldn’t send stone cold food with the driver right? Wrong. The seal on the bag shows the original order time with when it was prepped. So they put food in a bag, let it sit well past what is safe and sent it with a delivery driver for a customer to eat. So glad I paid all that money for food that’s stone cold and that I couldn’t even cancel.

Don’t understand how this store can have 4.1 stars!! Very disappointed if they don’t get your order wrong they don’t really put meat in what you order. From going to the one in shakopee then going to this store and I ordered The exact same thing. I am more then willing to drive the almost 10 miles to shakopee and get better Service. Then calling them and explaining to them what was wrong. All that was told to me next time you are here we can re-make them for you. Not even willing to tell me if I wanted to come back to the store so they can fix it.

Every time I come here they always mess up my order it’s not that hard to remove lettuce and add potatoes I think they do just Becuase thy can’t bother making it. Worst Taco Bell ever.
