Very pleasant experience at the Lufkin Starbucks. I’m not a frequent Starbucks consumer so I ordered something that I thought would be good but it tasted horrible. When I asked for just a couple of water because I didn’t like my drink, they insisted on making a different drink which was delicious. I appreciate the customer service. Very clean also.

Coffee is good, and theirs is for sure. If you have their app, and go in to drink your coffee, you might get a free refill depending on what you order. I ordered the drip coffee, Pike’s. Working the Rewards and app and bringing your own cup makes it comparable or lower price than the gas station’s coffee next door.

Terrible customer service! Took my daughter here to spend a gift card she got for her birthday. We went in, no line when we got there and she ordered a simple “grande” pink lemonade. The lady that took our order acted like we were an inconvenience. After 13 minutes waiting and watching 6 customers come in after is and get there drinks and leave, we realized the must have forgotten her order, so we politely asked if they forgotten us, she said no they were just really busy(which they weren’t) and she REPRINTED the order and put it at the end of the line…..3 more minutes go by and she finally asks the guy to work on my daughter’s lemonade, he pours the lemonade and gives it to her. Not a single apology the entire time from anyone after wasting nearly 20 minutes of our time. And don’t get me started on the “grande” size lemonade for over $5 which is about the size of a water cup at taco bell! This place is terrible, but the silver lining is my daughter was able to see what this company is all about and now doesn’t ever want to go back… Even to spend the remainder of her gift card! Nice business model SB

First, I want to say HOW AWESOME it is to have a Starbucks (on Timberland Dr) so conveniently close to my address!!! Secondly, I want to boast about the customer service! EVERY barista I’ve encountered so far have been extremely nice and friendly! They’re a delight to talk to, they promote different drinks and foods on the menu in a way that any person would easily be persuaded to try! Ranging from 5AM service to 15 minutes until close, they’re still very polite and patient! And lastly, the drinks made there have been TOP TIER!!! 100/10!!! The best compared to the other Starbucks location… in my opinion of course. I have not been to the other Starbucks since it’s opening. Even if the line is wrapped around the building because of the service alone, I don’t mind waiting!

Gave this place another try when I came into town. Wouldn’t you know still inconsistent and still awful. Just paid $7 and some change for a Chestnut praline latte and get pure trash! It tasted nothing like what I normally get. Taste super watery like there was no fluffy cream in it like normal. Super burnt tasting coffee with an ungodly amount of pumps in it. So sweet you couldn’t even drink it. Also normally comes with nice fluff on top with some toppings sprinkled on it. None of that. Just super watery overly sweet drink. I’m so tired on Starbucks inconsistency. They owners obviously don’t care because they do absolutely nothing about it. I will never be back to this location. Honestly it’s getting to the point where I won’t be back to Starbucks. It’s ridiculous that the baristas can’t make the same drink. I understand it may be slightly different but it’s like you get a different drink every time. I hope this location gets shut down because the owners don’t even care enough to reach out or fix the issues.
