They made my food completely wrong. Wrong burger altogether. I asked for beef, got cold chicken. The baconator fries were gross. They were also cold, 4 or 5 fries hanging out the outside of the container cut in half by the lid. I paid for extra cheese, there wasn’t even the normal amount. The shredded cheese was cold and in a compressed lump. Oh and the bacon was not bacon bits. They just threw 3 pieces of full bacon on top. I went back but they were closed and didn’t answer the window. It made me think I don’t ever want to come back here again.

Wendy’s is my favorite place to go. This location is my best one! Always getting my order right, drive-thru service is very fast. Inside VERY clean, bathrooms also. Very good customer service inside and also drive-thru. Attending the people always with a smile . Love it!!

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in almost a decade and decided to go there today to try out their French toast sticks. The service was quick and employees were friendly, but I knocked off a star because the food was subpar. The honey butter biscuit chicken sandwich was too buttery and salty for my taste and the vanilla frosty-chino was not sweet and flavorless. The French toast sticks are okay, but I wouldn’t stand in line to get it again.
