Like others I have been to recently, the lounge area of this one feels like nothing more than a store room. Not the kind of environment that makes you feel welcomed. Tacky, cluttered, and entirely not cool.

I found the Starbucks experience quite underwhelming and I just don’t get it. Why pay $$$ for flavored coffee? I didn’t find there to be any atmosphere whatsoever. Service was fast, fine and friendly, but the bacon & egg broiche was flavorless and mediocre and the blueberry scone was nothing special either. Burger King coffee and breakfasts much better. I don’t get the Starbucks allure or lifestyle and won’t be back again myself.

ordered the largest size, after many years, still can’t remember what their largest size is called! instead of a decaf coffee they gave me a latte, i paid the bill without realizing it. Then when i started drinking it and it didn’t taste like coffee, looked at the invoice and saw they gave a latte! the manager was extremely congenial and because they didn’t have decaf brewed (probably why the clerk entered a decaf latte) she made the decaf/regular mix coffee that i originally ordered, as a “pour over” and gave back the difference. Super customer service!

Made a mobile order 20 before arrived, did not see order so waited in lobby 5 min . Then very nicely asked about mobile order and was yelled at by Angelisha, MOBILE ORDERS NOT WORKING JUST GET IN LINE. Then asked if could cancel and yelling is still happening, GET IN LINE. We are nice people just traveling through the state for coffee and restroom break. We were caught off guard as we visit Starbucks frequently in other states and always overly helpful and kind. Will never stop at this one again going through Paris,TX. There is a McDonalds and Scooters close to this location we will visit next time through. All customers heard this interaction, and another sweet customer said hey put your order in with mine. We thanked her but declined and left.

This is an excellent Starbucks. It’s now a regular stop when I’m traveling through. If you’re needing a serious dose of caffeine to fight off the drowsy, I highly recommend the Nitro Cold Brew.

Change in management? What happened to the very sweet guy that worked here, made incredible coffee and always had a smile? The last 5 times we’ve been here the staff is very rude, the coffee is always burnt and they always forget something. Once, twice…I’ll chalk it up to a bad day. 5 times, come on! If you hate your job, quit. But why the attitude? It’s certainly not inexpensive. So many better options in Paris. I know I’m only one person, but keep this up and the sentiment will spread.

Super-friendly and personal baristas/drive-thru staff. I have been here 20-30 times and have experience a few mishaps in orders and not setting correct hours of operations (during holidays) but still a clean, well-managed store.
