I returned to Dario’s Pizza because I previously enjoyed their pizza—and once again, the pizza was good. However, the experience this time was unfortunately overshadowed by subpar wings and disappointing customer service.
The most concerning part came after I called to address an issue with the celery that accompanied my order. The celery sticks were discolored and partially soggy, prompting me to reach out for clarification or a resolution. Instead of a courteous conversation, I was met with a surprisingly hostile response from the owner himself—though he did not initially identify himself. When I asked who I was speaking with, he abruptly stated, “I AM THE OWNER,” and proceeded to argue rather than assist.
He dismissed my concerns with comments like, “You must have never picked up celery from the store before,” and sarcastically offered to “buy [me] a whole stock of celery.”
I was genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to engage respectfully. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me after continuing to insist that I was being unreasonable.
While the food has its merits, the way this situation was handled makes it difficult for me to recommend Dario’s.
A respectful approach to customer feedback—no matter how small the issue—goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I grabbed one slice of cheese pizza the other day honestly, I feel like the health department should get involved with this place. It’s absolutely disgusting. Extremely dirty. I pulled in the parking lot and the employee was hot boxing inside of their car. I should’ve left when I was starving. Highly recommend going somewhere else. The only positive is the pizza was good, but that was it.

I order from this place regularly and always have a good tip for driver I ordered something last night and was short on money , the delivery driver left my food on the ground and ring the doorbell and left by the time I got to the door . Very unprofessional and the food was nasty and raw not fully cooked. They should be ashamed

Everyone should go meet Steve. He’s the gem that makes it go. The wings are great and the pizza is very good cuz of the good quality ingredients and the portions are generous. Family run business. Look past the location and get some good food and nice conversation.

Their pizza isn’t just great, the humans that run the place have shown me unbridled kindness at a time I was seeking a safe place one superbowl Sunday, more than just a meal. I could have been considered suspicious or any number of quick or skeptical judgements in my state, but they will forever be remembered in my book as angels amongst men for their open hearts and charitable generosity. I hope they know what their kindness meant to me, and hope to be able to thank them again in person someday.

I used to eat there all the time. I am thinking they changed owner’s. The wings and pizza no longer taste good. The flavor changed. Not to mention the place looks disgusting and the staff are unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of trying numerous items this week being in orientation at my new job. 2 slice pizza and drink combo is clutch. The wings are perfect I had 3 flavors. The small grilled chicken salad and the large grilled chicken salad is good as well when you don’t want anything fried and tonight I tried the fish dinner with macaroni salad it was good too

Wife and I ordered lunch over here today and she asked for no onions or black olives. Both were left on and she didn’t get any silverware for her salad. Other then that the food was good. Best wings around this area for sure!
