I went here, had a coupon for 3 footlong for $17.99, and I didn’t pay that. There is a list of certain subs that qualify for this deal at this location. I had 2 chicken breast which qualified but had ordered a BLT which does not qualify, also grabbed 3 cookies so I ended up paying $32 and some change.
I will say, they made my sandwiches with everything I wanted and were very pleasant. Times are rough right now for everyone so I get it, just discouraging to be turned away due to fine print and rules
Won’t be visiting here again. They hit me with the “I just work here” IYKYK
They also do not honor the BOGO footlong deal everyone gets mailed to them.

Paid $13 for a sandwich and couldn’t bring myself to eat it. The man and woman were both seemingly sick, the man was coughing and not wearing a mask, and the woman and small child in back were both sniffling. The man didn’t even wash his hands before putting on gloves.

I went to the one on sprinkle near the Wendy’s and tbh idk how they were even open. My kid got sick of the food it was dimly lit and all around i should have left without ordering but the kids were hungry and wanted subway. Very disappointed

Phenomenal staff!! The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.
I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.
I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!

Open earlier then most stores! So nice to be able to grab fresh food on way to work. Todays sub was very fresh. From what I could see new owners? I believe and they upgraded the store some,it looked cleaner then in past. They have the good pickles too. Yes that’s a thing.
