Ordered a hot tea and was told they were out of that one, I looked behind the cashier and saw they had the tea bags for that tea right there and told him and he said oh I thought you wanted something different. He was on his phone between customers ordering and also saw him licking whipped cream off of his hand. Took 15 minutes to get the hot tea because they “forgot”. There appeared to be no manager as the younger employees in there were laughing loudly and messing around instead of making drinks.

I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times this morning, no answer, and their voicemail is not set up. I ordered a white chocolate Mocah w/ oat milk, got to work, opened my cup, and much of my drink was missing! I want a manager to contact me ASAP! As I did not get what I paid for.

When sometimes I get the right order but most of the time it’s wrong. I don’t get what I paid for. It’s nothing but ice, milk and sugar. I hardly test the coffee. I can’t blame the person who is the order but the person behind the coffee shop. Venti used to be $4.75. But there there prices but what are getting who is behind this. Who are we we suppose to blame the employees or the owner? If they charge more for the customer for the coffee ice, Milk and sugar then they need to pay more for them as well too! We are the one making the business to run. Not the owner. Sorry you are buying the coffee less than what ever but it will never make since for selling $7 for grande. Coffee shop and coffee places is people to enjoy it not—–. Just saying

This would be a nice spot to grab coffee and work. However you would think they have never heard of “soft music” they offer music to add to the ambiance but it’s extremely inconvenient when it’s blasted as loud as they keep it. Very hard to have conversations inside. Your basically forced to sit outdoor areas if you want to hear yourself think or carry a conversation.

I have never written a review before but the seasonal Starbucks drinks I ordered a few minutes ago are the worst drinks I have tasted. There was no flavor, no sugar, and it was extremely bitter. And we opened our drinks to find clumps of we don’t know what. I tried calling several times to the Sunnyvale location. However, they did not pick up! I have never been so disappointed with Starbucks.

Daytime staff is great, but it seems like every time I visit near the end of the night, the staff aren’t nearly as welcoming. I get it, it’s customer service, you’re almost off work and want to go home, but the least you could do is acknowledge a guest when they (finally, this location is a bit slow) get to the window. A simple wave or smile goes a long way even when you can’t come to the window yet.

I wish this Starbucks was held to standard. I stopped coming through drive through due to; partners being inconsistent in beverage quality, rude, and impatient. My cafe visits are the same now. I’ve given this Starbucks plenty of chances since it’s five minutes from home. I will not be returning
