I’d never been to this location before, so when I went through the drive thru, I wasn’t aware that it was for pickup only. It was close to closing time, so when I got to the window and the guy told me the drive thru was pickup only; I assumed that the lobby was closed, so I parked and placed my order online. After that I saw a few people actually go in to the restaurant. When I finally went in to grab my food I was told they were out of some of my ingredients. I ordered 2 carne asada burrito bowls (which costs more than the other proteins); they were out of carne asada. They were out of fajita veggies and red chimichurri. In total I ordered 4 burrito bowls and 1 burrito totaling $86. Aside from the items they were out of, all bowls and the burrito were ordered with guacamole, shredded cheese, queso, and sour cream. One of the bowls was ordered with lettuce and one with no beans. None of the bowls or the burrito had guacamole (which is also an upcharge), no bowls or the burrito had any beans, and some bowls were missing sour cream and queso; and everything was cold. By the time we made it home and discovered all of this, the restaurant was closed and that was our only option for dinner since I had just paid $86 for it; so we ended up eating anyway. I won’t be revisiting this location and I’ve requested someone from chipotle to contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone. I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews and rating of this location before I wasted my money. I’ve added pictures of some of the bowls (one is mixed up from me trying to see if the missing ingredients were underneath).

We ordered delivery last night. The rice in one bowl was sticky and clumped together alot and the meat didnt taste quite right on the steak/chicken bowl. Not mych meat either.

My Partner couldnt eat hers because the brisket was slimy and gross. Won’t be coming back

Not sure why this location has a low rating. Ive been eating here lately when I want out food because it’s the healthiest chain restaurant we have around. Every time I have ordered online and picked up through the drive through. The person at the windows each time has been polite, my order was always correct, and the food tastes really good.

Ive had mixed experiences here but wanted to give a shoutout to the team we had tonight. The young lady that made our food ran back to the carry out stations to get us the right rice, took a look at it and ran back again to get us a bigger portion. Normally the chip bags hardly have any chips but we got plenty this time. Everyone was fast and friendly and the food is great

I was in there today January 28, 2026 I dropped in right at 5:50 PM. I forget the gentleman’s name who help me but was tall with dreads – he greeted me friendly, immediately proceeded with my order quickly and clarifying accuracy. you’s why i come back. and the lady’s at the counter but thank you!!

Why would I order my food if I still have to wait in the pickup line for an hour?

If someone shows up and food isn’t ready get them to pull forward so I don’t ruin my whole night after work.

Edit: Ended up being near two hours boy am I sorry I blamed the customers for not having food ordered. The people who work here never open the window. I wouldn’t have waited but again this was PICKUP ONLY and I already paid.

After all that time too no offer of a refund or something comped or even an apology/explanation just here’s your food goodbye. Plus, it was cold.

Location should honestly be shut down. Better off going to another chipotle if you are that desperate.

This location is awful. I was in a pinch for dinner so tried this location one more time. I ordered double chicken and double fajita veggies. The food is cold and this is NOT what a double portion looks like on either item. I have tried to call and get a refund, and they hang up. This location is the worst. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Food was overly greasy and plain in taste. Ordered couple bowls and a quesadilla. Only finished half of quesadilla due to the grease. Paying extra for guacamole is dumb as a so ado isn’t that expensive at the moment.

I came in to this location at about 3:02 PM, on 1/20/26 and my experience was terrible. I walked in and a garbage cart was blocking the walkway, I was the only person in the store yet all of the employees walked past me, some not even giving me a sideways glance. Finally, someone came to the line for what I thought was to help me after I’d been waiting for five minutes. I asked her how her day was as she grabbed a bowl which I later found out she was using to make food for her coworker, she didn’t even acknowledge me. A nice employee came around and finally made my bowl and I was satisfied with my portions. I used to work at the Kirkwood location and the level of customer service the employees showed was pretty much non existent. There was such a callous disregard for me being the only customer in store that I genuinely think they put more effort into being standoffish and unhelpful than they could have just making my food.

If you’re paying anywhere from $15-$30 for food and the employees don’t even acknowledge you, stare at you or glance at you and say nothing while you’re waiting to be helped, why even walk in. I’m sure many other people have been in the same scenario except they’re on the clock and have to get back to their job before their break ends and end up wasting time here while the employees stare at them and say nothing like they just dropped down to earth from mars. Someone should audit this place.
