Everyone was so nice and helpful. We got three Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers with Dragon fruit pieces added. Our drink orders were correct which is always a plus and it was so delicious!

I’m only rating one star because zero stars are not possible. This Starbucks location is the most disappointing and disgusting cafe I have ever been to. It seems to always be swarmed with flies which are constantly landing on food and drinks and dying all over the floors, counters, and seats. The whole cafe is dingy, dirty, and greasy, it seems to never be cleaned. To make matters worse, the ever changing staff are ALWAYS in the worst mood. It’s sure that your order will be taken with bad attitudes and saucy remarks, and made carelessly. Find any other location for coffee, even McDonald’s is better

Rude staff that never makes my drink correctly. Then they have the audacity to not even respond when I ask them to make it the way I ordered it. They just take my drink and add my cream after pouring out some of the coffee. Worst staff ever! I will never give this Starbucks any more of my money. Whoever works in the mornings from the hours of 6-10am needs to be fired. That includes the staff that was there at 8:15 this morning. Specifically the young lady with the braids and the young man will curly hair.

Several times I have tried to support this establishment and its really hit or miss. Mostly miss but it’s down the street in a not so convenient or maneuverable corner of a plaza! Some things can’t be helped but the coffee that tastes as though it’s always missing something is annoying! I go to other Starbucks and they taste the same here Not so much! It seems as though they compromise the quality of the product because in this badly set up parking lot there always seems to be a line, which puts pressure on the consumer as well to Hurry up and move without tasting the coffee. Only to realize that it’s NOT RIGHT! I try to support my neighborhood establishments but they are making it hard
