My sister and I love getting Starbucks, as it’s our special little treat. Sebastian, this morning, was so kind and sweet and it made our morning! Service has always been good in this location but this morning was exceptional!

Showed up early before work for a cup of coffee & even though Sebastian & Lucy were short handed, still setting up, etc., they were able to professionally & very politely handle my order in a most efficient manner. I greatly appreciate their sincere apologies for being behind schedule & a sincere effort to make sure I was able to get my “cup o’joe” before going to work for a busy Labor Day Weekend. Will be back for more Java in the future. Thanks!

This is the worst starbucks ever! I have never had a good experience here. I decided to give it another try today and was yet again disappointed! I ordered 3 venti shaken espresso. He tried to give me just espresso over ice. He proceeded with do you want milk. We got three nasty espresso with 2 percent milk. They werent even filled all the way. I had to wait until I got home to add my own ingredients to make it taste reasonable! My boyfriend and I work our butts off in a hot factory just so we can throw our hard earned cash away at a trash hole like this store. I never complain but I have had it with poor customer service. If you are in the wylie area. I suggest you go to the hwy 78 location. They are the best location in the area hands down.

This is a pretty neat location. Drive thru or walk up only. They did seem to be more sluggish than usual but most businesses are these days. Unfortunately, the order ahead ability was unavailable during our visit so I hope they work this out in the future.

Really wish there was some sign on the window saying to knock when it’s dark because it’s tinted from the inside. I waited nearly 30 minutes outside in the cold early this morning for my order and never recieved it so I just hopped on the drive thru instead because 4 other cars came by and got theirs first. Turns out they couldn’t see me but I was under the impression that I was being ignored for 30 minutes. I didn’t want to come off as aggressive so rather than knocking I just hopped the drive thru. Unfortunately my coffee was all watered down and my food was cold.

Great place to get a drink! Only problem is the worker who served, she was rude, and seemed very annoyed i ordered a chai latte light ice. That was all! I think her name was Sam, and I just didn’t feel welcomed so I am sorry, I hope this changes, and sorry if I did anything wrong❤️

The last 2 times that I’ve placed my order through the app, I’ve been dissappointed with my fraps. Usually there’s a line so by the time I get my drink it’s already been sitting for 5 mins and it affects how the drink tastes. There’s a lot of ice sitting on the top. The staff working are very kind though.

This is the spot. Quick service, not far from the entrance/exit doors, and always clean too. Plenty of parking on the doors nearest to this Starbucks too. Exceptional staff is a norm for Starbucks but they still deserve they’re recognition so thank you so much for working so hard to keep us happy!

I have no idea why so many negative reviews here. Perhaps they’re looking for the drive thru location in the parking lot, because this location (inside the grocery store) is GREAT. I drive past the other one and get out of my car to go inside, JUST to go to this particular Starbucks. The latina barista (I want to say her name was Leticia or something similar) consistently does an amazing job on my drinks, the service is great, and they’ve never given me any reason to complain. In this “Age of Convenience”, any place that can get me to drive there and walk into a grocery store just to get a coffee is definitely deserving of 5 stars!
