Had a free sub from online subway rewards. Clerk says not giving me sandwich because I didn’t pay. Told me to speak with subway. I did waiting for credit for free sub. Then I say ok ill just buy a sandwich now he refused and said I must pay 1st. He claims I never been to store but I have multiple times. Very embarrassing

Any online rewards of Subway, doesn’t exist in this place at all. Give online offers for customers to keep coming. I used to eat Subway a lot, but ever since I moved to New Roc and had this store in vicinity there is almost no offers that are available in other stores, now I almost don’t eat it at all.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store. Despite advertising new merchandise, it appears that the items are consistently sold out during my visits. Instead of offering alternative options or solutions, the staff responded in an unpleasant manner. This lack of customer service has left me feeling very unsatisfied. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure a more positive shopping experience in the future.

Online orderers beware – they scam you.
Placed an order through the app for ASAP pickup and go to pick it up. Guy behind the counter says there’s no online order. We show him the order on our app and he says no, he can’t accept that.
He then tells us to talk to the bank because he won’t make the sandwiches. Avoid this subway.

Scam Subway! They advertise using the subway app IN STORE yet when you place an online order they claim they have recieved nothing. This is conveniently during the bogo online sale, they took my money! A total dishonest business , they should be reported

I ordered online to take advantage of the buy one get one free promo. What a major mistake. Subway calls them sandwich artists; yeah ok far from it. It took me 40 minutes after the app said my sandwich was ready to pick up to get my order. The older man is a grumpy and cheap to hire additional help makes sandwichs, he also doesn’t care what type of sandwich you ordered. I ordered chicken bacon, ranch and he gave me two ground beef sandwich, which looked disgusting and I never got the correct order ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to your worst enemy after reading past reviews.
