Really disappointed with this subway. The “locally owned” subways don’t honor subway coupons…. That is just a way to not get less money for the food. Did anyone make them realize that once you get the customer, you have created a partnership. I’m not okay with this. You try to support the business, however, things like this make me not want to. I won’t be going there ever again.

Trash service. I don’t know why I torture myself coming here. First, they can barely hear people over the glass, second I went there today and they told me I can’t heat up my tuna? This is the first subway that’s ever told me that. They wouldn’t even work with me. I wasn’t even asking for something unreasonable. Clearly the manager needs to be retrained on customer service skills. I believe they were just lazy. Don’t bother.

This restaurant offers a footling meatball marinara for $4.99. I ordered two. I then noticed the ‘Sandwich artist’ put 7 meatballs on my 2 foot longs I had ordered for my son and I. I questioned him and said isn’t a footling suppose to have 8 meatballs the East Asia younger guy ‘played crazy’ and pretended that nothing was wrong. When I revealed to him that I had worked for the very first Subway Restaurant in 1990 and that I’ve made this sandwich many times, he then told the truth and said this is what he was told to do by the owners. This is shameful. This is theft! If the promotional price is the problem, stop offering it! Don’t steal from customers! What is worst is he then scraped the sauce and meatballs off of the bread and then put it back in the container of meatballs! That was utterly disgusting! Shame on you Subway!
