This store is in a Romanesque villa type of building that gives it a cozy feel. There is also a working fireplace outside in a little alcove next to the outdoor seating. I’d love to see that burning on a cold night. The place is clean and relaxing. The staff was warm and friendly.

Mixed bag! This location is inside a Kroger and was the only on our route home still open, otherwisewe would’ve left. The young man watched us walk up to the counter but proceeded past us to do whatever he did without even acknowledging us! When he finally did, he was cordial and our drinks were really good, thus the overall 4 stars. If I lived in the area I would not return to this location though.

People are amazing! Coffee usually is as well. That said, the last couple times I have been here and gotten cold brews, they were all cream no brew. And lacking a real coffee taste. I can go to Dutch brothers if I want coffee milk and much cheaper. I come to Starbucks for the coffee. Please get back to great!

This is “Our Starbucks” – we know the entire staff by name, and they all know ours! Always super friendly and always accurate with our drinks. We usually don’t even have to order our four Puppucinos before they are ready for us.

They always get my drinks right and fast even if I customize them. The staff is friendly. They have plenty of outdoor seating which is great. There is no drive-thru but there is plenty of parking.

Philip needs to be trained on ADA requirements, I was told to leave due to my dog being in the store, he then proceeded to say that I was required to show proof of him being my service animal. This is NOT true and I legally have no obligation to provide paperwork proving his status. I would encourage you to do better in educating your workers. The ADA prohibits people from asking to see documentation proving an animal is a service dog.

During our recent stay in Brooklyn we went to this Starbucks twice. Each time the sidewalk in front of the restaurant was extremely filthy. It’s embarrassing to think that the manager overlooks this horrible sight in front of his establishment every morning when he/she goes into work. If I was running the restaurant that would be the first thing I did before I turned the key to open the door for my customers, I would clean the sidewalk and make it absolutely pristine. Because what’s on the outside of the building makes you wonder what’s really happening on the inside of the restaurant.

I called a-couple of minutes before I came in to ask if they had either a drive thru or curbside pick up( on google is says there drive thru is available but I driven past this location a few times and it doesn’t look like they have one)I was asking because I had my dog with me and did not want to leave him in the car alone on a hot afternoon. The guy on the phone told me that they didn’t have either but that I could bring my dog in with me to pick up the order as long as I wasn’t staying. So I came up 5 minutes later and was promptly told after I ordered that I would have to wait outside because dogs weren’t allowed in if they weren’t service dogs. This I can understand but why not tell me when I called? If they would have told me this on the phone I would have went somewhere else that had a drive thru but this location was 3 minutes away from where we were hiking. I definitely won’t be back here.
