I went through the drive thru around 547pm on 4/27/23. I ordered $5 biggie bag- no mayo, extra mustard, fully dressed. When I got to the window I was asking the guy would it be fully dressed with EXTRA mustard; he kept replying rudely “what”. I just said never mind. I got my meal-fries and burger were lukewarm. It had NO MUSTARD, one tiny piece of lettuce, bread was soggy, and nuggets were not good.There were no napkins in the bag asked the lady for some napkins she walked off so I asked the guy for some napkins and he asked me did they put some in the bag. I said to myself why would I sit there asking for napkins if I had some.Very bad EXPERIENCE!

Had a 30 minute lunch break. Went to Wendy’s on Airline for lunch. Spent 20 minutes in the line for drive thru. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else because the line did not move. Mad I spent my entire lunch break just waiting in line. The food is usually cold and/or stale. This store is a hot mess and they just need to go ahead and shut it on down.

Went through drive thru last night (5/27) and my wife ordered a baked potato and they were out, instead of telling us. They just gave us our food. I would rather them tell us we are out, would you like something else? Service here is always horrible

Disgusting, ordered a salad parm ceaser. Lettuce was brown and black colored. Looks like it had been sitting in a cooler for days. I will never be back there every time I go they mess something up.

Disappointed!! Breakfast menu not available and the order taker only selling sausage biscuits!! I ended up with a microwaved biscuit with over cooked, dried out sausage and potatoes fries which ended up getting even more dried up and cold on the short drive home. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru window…horrible!! No, I did not eat it!! Only received the one star so I can post my comment.
