Awful service, gave me an incomplete order and when I ask for the rest of the order they didn’t wanted to complete it because they said that the extra small chili I pay for was the chili for the salad as well, I was supposed to get 2 cups of chili as far as I know, the “manager” refused to complete the order I had already pay for. Requested a refund and they refused to refund me, know I have to wait and hope that corporate decides to give me MY $25 back. I understand now why everyone in Laplace said that Wendy’s in airline is trash

Horrible!!! I did a mobile order and waited a hour for my food. Then when I asked for a refund was told they don’t give them. They are cheating numbers and telling people to pull up to stop the clock. Then after waiting, the gave me the wrong food and got an attitude because they kept messing up. AND STILL FOGOT ONE BURGER!! I had three burgers, two nuggets, two fries, two drinks, and one potato, whats so hard about that??
That is the exact reason technology is taking over, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORKERS.
Put a kiosk and some robots in there. Clearly the workers don’t need their jobs. They all thought it was funny until I reminded them technology taking over their jobs for this exact reason.

WORSE THAN MCDONALDS – Asianae & Debbie worked the drive thru today. The first order they messed up and I asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order. Debbie said they don’t do refunds and when I asked they also told me the items I originally ordered were out of stock so they offered me something of lesser value. They made the replacement wrong then I had to go back … they made that one wrong too then proceeded to try again over 5 times until they got it right on #6. I spent an hour at Wendy’s and was robbed. Asianae was very sweet but big Debbie looked as if she was the reason for the food shortage. 10/10 would RUN. OH AND THE REPLACEMENT FOOD WAS OLD AND HARD‼️‼️‼️

I wish I could put less than one star. Absolute worst service possible. The past 3 times I have gone to this location I have been kept waiting nearly 45 minutes for food, which is usually wrong and then I have to wait longer for it to be remade. They have given my food to the wrong cars. They have rung up the wrong orders all together. No matter how they screw up they are flat out rude about it, even the management has been both rude and incompetent any time I have had to interact with them. I do not understand how they possibly stay in business.

I went through the drive thru around 547pm on 4/27/23. I ordered $5 biggie bag- no mayo, extra mustard, fully dressed. When I got to the window I was asking the guy would it be fully dressed with EXTRA mustard; he kept replying rudely “what”. I just said never mind. I got my meal-fries and burger were lukewarm. It had NO MUSTARD, one tiny piece of lettuce, bread was soggy, and nuggets were not good.There were no napkins in the bag asked the lady for some napkins she walked off so I asked the guy for some napkins and he asked me did they put some in the bag. I said to myself why would I sit there asking for napkins if I had some.Very bad EXPERIENCE!

Ordered a breakfast baconator sandwich. It sayd it comes with 6 strips of bacon, sausage, egg and cheese. There were only 4 “strips” of bacon, which actually was more like one piece of bacon split into 4, 1 inch pieces. Not impressed. The flavor is decent, but I want what I paid for, 6 full strips of bacon like it shows in the picture, so I probably wont stop here again.

Disappointed!! Breakfast menu not available and the order taker only selling sausage biscuits!! I ended up with a microwaved biscuit with over cooked, dried out sausage and potatoes fries which ended up getting even more dried up and cold on the short drive home. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru window…horrible!! No, I did not eat it!! Only received the one star so I can post my comment.
