I am a regular iced brown sugar espresso drinker. I know what the drink is suppose to look and taste like. I was driving through Lewisville and as I headed out I placed a mobile order at this location. When I made my stop to pick it up. I was pleased to see my drink!!…it was what I expected. I noticed certain locations are not consistent in the way it is made. Thank you Lexi, I asked the barista at the drive thru and he gave me your name.

The morning crew is great. Seldom have an issue. But the evening crew? Avoid this location if you need coffee in the evening! Consistently slow, drive thru is a glaciel pace at best with wait times at least 15 min and often longer. I ordered through the app more than 15 min before heading there since ordering 5-10 min before never made a difference and sure enough drive thru is around the store. I go to enter the store and they closed the cafe area. I called from outside and asked can someone just bring my drink by the door since I ordered almost 20 min ago and I shouldn’t have to wait another 20 min in the drive thru and they just say, “no. Sorry”. When the dayshift people leave they should just shut the whole store down because the evening crew has no clue how to run it efficiently.

Went in this morning to try and redeem my birthday reward was told I had to do it through the app I was unsure of how it worked and received no assistance I eventually just walked out and never redeemed the award not a good way to start my birthday

This starbucks was overall the best I’ve ever been to! I order a Passion tea lemonade, which usually they mess up but it was perfect! And a grilled cheese on sourdough, they added extra butter which seemed to make it more yummy! And the staff was very polite. I recommend this starbucks!!

Okay they literally put my order wrong and i pulled up to the window and let them know they did it wrong but i knew the drink was already made they were so sweet and “changed my order” tell me why they put another sticker over my drink pretending they fixed it so yes im pretty mad

Same as any other but service was not good at this location. Baristas weren’t interested in giving drinks to customers but just leaving on the counter for them to figure out. Volume of announcing was very low. It was very hard to get your drinks.

I go here more than I’d like to admit. The people are nice, but dont pay attention to detail. I’m on the verge of going out of my way to another starbucks. My order has been wrong more often than not in the past month or two. I’m pretty low maintenance so I just deal with it. Everyone has a bad day, but it’s happen too often to ignore. I just ordered a blueberry black tea and there is no blueberry. This location use to be really good, but I feel like they go through people fast. Every month it is someone new at the window. I dont know. I just wish they would get my orders correct.
