My husband I were on our way to stillwater and stopped here to get coffee for the long drive. Both drinks I was originally trying to order weren’t available (the guy said they were out). So we ended up getting what was recommended so I’m not entirely certain what they were called. We weren’t able to go back because we were already pushed for time or else I absolutely would have because those were the most disappointing expensive cups of coffee I’ve ever had.

The customer service at the location is HORRIBLE I dealt with a lady name Brittany and she was the meanest most awful person ever. When I expressed my drink was not made to par like normal she aggressively rolled her eyes and said “sir, I know how to do my job. I made your drink it is correct” I then asked to speak to the manager and she brought me some girl who didn’t even look to be out of Highschool named Kaitlynn I believe. She was absolutely no help either. As I was leaving a customer stopped me and told me that kaitlynn was infact NOT the manager and she personally knew who it was. I will also be contacting Starbucks cooperate company.

One of the worse places we have stopped , they skipped over mobile orders , my husband went in for 3 things that I done a mobile order on an it took them over 30 minutes to fix one coffee an heat two breakfast items up.. Our food was cold an my coffee wasn’t done right .. Not happy

I have been a customer and they way they treated my and my child. I buy sugar free syrup one every two months and (coffee at least every day) they called me a liar when the manager said they had one ready for me. They said I never called I don’t think so I won’t mention manager name but she and the rest of the ignorant manager can go. I will never go there again! 38th is where I’ll be returning.
