Lovely dinner with friends! The drinks were good, I had sweet sangria. My lobster ravioli was tasty and nice size pieces of lobster. My partner had an impressive osso bucca, and he really enjoyed the dish. Thank you , we will come back soon. ‍♀️

I am new to Davie, Fl and this restaurant is close the my home. My wife and I tried this place tonight. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms and took one bite and sent them back. The mushroom appetizer was awful. For my entree I ordered the peppers and sausage. Again I took one bite and sent the food back. I lastly tried a slice of the pizza and was not impressed. The sauce they use for all their dishes have zero taste.

Now I know why on a Friday night the restaurant is empty.

We have been to Donato’s twice in the evening. Last night, a Saturday night was our
second great visit. I was surprised during both visits how empty the restaurant is in the evening especially on a Saturday night. I hear they do a good lunch business, but for a local
Italian Pizza restaurant I would love to see larger crowds at night. The pizza is excellent, the menus is extensive and priced affordable. I had a Gorgonzola salad, my wife had a chicken roll and others in our party had pasta and pizza which was as all very good. The 5 of us ate for about $70 which is not bad. Staff was friendly but I wish they had more
traffic at night to warrant keeping the lights on.

This has been the go-to pizza place for my family for the past 25 years (previously named something different). The pizza is fresh delicious, and you are able to order customer slices. The pasta is always very fresh and you cant go wrong with anything you order on the menu. They are also very sweet and povide great service. Highly recommend!

We ordered Carbonara with chicken, Chicken Parm with Penne and Linguini with meatballs. All came with a side of soup or salad and 3 garlic rolls. The Carbonara was actually alfredo sauce with bacon and the chicken was bland. The Chicken parm was over cooked and not sure what kind of cheese they used as it tasted freezer burnt. The meatballs had absolutely no flavor and I had to spit it out. The linguini was over cooked and tasted mushy. Could not twirl the linguini on my fork as it was broken. The only thing that was good was the salad and the rolls. I would have sent it back but we ordered take out. This is very sad as we wont be back there again. The only thing this place has going for it is pizza and even that is unflavored!

Donato’s is a great pizza place always good and fresh. They are always ready to help the community they offer discounts and donations to help West Broward band/color guard. This year was no exception. So if you want a good family pizza reasturant Donato’s will always have my vote.

Google suggested and compared it to Ostero Romano in Trumbull, CT. Google owes us money! This was by far the worst meal we ever had to pay for. $80 later with $5 tip and we were generous. We should have known from the minute we pulled up to the parking lot. 7:30 Valentines day and 3 tables filled. We thought, ok… its a small town restaurant, but no. It is probably the small towns worst Italian restaurant. It started with asking if they had wine. What kind of chardonnay? Waitress; white. Oh boy we should’ve left then. Ordered calamari, it was rubbery and they didn’t even have the decency to include lemon wedges. I ordered chicken francesse it was extremely lemony and chicken was rubbery. My husband ordered the veal saltimboboca it came with frozen spinach, watery, tasteless, and veal was tough. Shameful to serve anyone that meal and call it Italian.

It is a lovely restaurant that serves authentic Argentinian food. The chicken empanadas were excellently made, and the food came out quickly and hot, just the way I like it. I would rate this restaurant 5.0 across the board, except that the service staff is a bit young and not professionally trained, but they were friendly and tried. I highly recommend this family-owned restaurant to anyone looking for well-made, authentic Argentinian food.

First time going to this place. We just moved here from another state. I picked up a pepporoni pizza from this place, nothing special. When I got home the cheese and pepporoni slid to one side. I have had pizza from different states since I travel a lot but this was the first time this has happened. Don’t know if this is normal or not for this place? The wife was not impressed (or happy) and I went to grab some Wendys instead.

Always a good Stromboli stuffed with goodness. Cheese pizza is good also. To be honest we only go for the Stromboli. Last visit was a Friday night and dine in was empty, well nearly empty. Only had 1 table occupied with 3 people.
