I only put in phone orders to this location because it’s near my kids’ daycare. It’s always accurate and tastes great. The staff always says hello to me when I rush in no matter how busy they are, and they say, “Have a great day,” when I head out. I really appreciate you guys. My mom brain doesn’t function first thing in the morning without my coffee.

I love this Starbucks the staff is always so friendly and they mixed up my bagel and immediately fixed it! I was so happy and I love their energy at this store! And they made sure I scanned my code in the app to get stars even though I was paying with just a card! I love them here if I could give them 10/5 stars I would.

Employees are among the most pathetic I’ve encountered at Starbucks and that’s a high bar. Very rude and inattentive and all but once in the last 10 visits my requests have been as ignored as i was on the last visit when i stood at the counter waiting for a straw. Ok, believe it or not, but i dont frequent Starbucks cause i never know what to order. However, I give out kudos to the training program Starbucks must have. 2nd Starbucks, in 2 days, 2 different states, and the customer service was off the chain, twice!!!! In a row!!!!! Patient, suggestive, courteous, down right friendly! People complain about the prices, but honestly?????? I’d rather pay the prices, than to get the heavy sighs from impatience and lower grade products.

Waited too long to order coffee while three employees gathered at the drive-through window area engaged in personal conversation. Ordered coffee w room for cream. Received it with cream in it and over 3/4 inch from top. Coffee wasn’t full, and it was not clear they would be adding cream and not me.
