I received a email saying free medium pizza with code valid at this store. It wasnt working when i tried to place the order so I called and the woman said to place the order and come in and she could do it. So i drive the 30 minutes and does she help? No. Shes rude and wasted an hour of my time since she told me to wait while she helped others. And she called her boss and they did nothing also. Ill make sure to go elsewhere than this crappy pizza hut. Disgusting. And when asked for her name, she said no. Why waste so much time for something you dont know will work?

I ordered cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls for pick up. It was ready so quick! All hot and fresh. The cheese sticks are always my favorite! The women who work here are so wonderful as well. The woman up front complimented my hair and glasses! Really made my day to speak with someone with such a great attitude! Thank you guys for being awesome!

I just have to say, this Pizza Hut is one of the best I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. They never mess up any of my customizations, which honestly says a lot these days.

But what really makes this place special is Natalie, the cashier. She’s always so friendly and upbeat, with a genuine smile that makes your day a little better. You can tell she really cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. Every time I stop by, she makes the experience a positive one.

Since outsourcing your delivery to Doordash instead of just having actual delivery people,my food now take 10x longer to arrive. I placed an order an hour ago,and the Doordash tracker showed the driver sitting at Pizza Hut for nearly 40 minutes. When I attempted to call the store,I got redirected to a call center who attempted to transfer me to the store where I sat on hold for 5 more minutes. Conicidentally I got a “driver on the way” text not long after. This will be the last time I give this location a chance. This is embarrassing behavior

Ordered a buffalo chicken pan pizza. No buffalo sauce, isn’t pan pizza, and it even has cheese in the crust for some reason. Call to ask about it, some dude on the phone instantly begins to argue about it having buffalo sauce on it. It’s not even like a regular dispute, he just goes full ballistic. This is so ridiculous like how are you gonna say there is buffalo sauce on it if I got the pizza right in front of me??? The guy says he is the manager too which is the most concerning part because how does someone so incompetent run this pizza hut? I just wanted some buffalo sauce on my pizza like chill out.

What a crappy Pizza Hut, seriously. I order delivery. App says it was delivered at 8:09, and it isn’t there. Call the store and the lady says the system marks it delivered if the driver is near your address. Tell me why the pizza isn’t delivered for another 30min, if he was at my apartment complex? So I waited for a crappy cold pizza that wasn’t made correctly. Take a look at what this Hut considers to be an Extra Cheese Medium Pan pizza. This is trash and the staff fudges the system to make their productivity better. I bet you the driver didn’t attempt to deliver it until I called.

I used to eat at Papa John until they changed their dough. I decided to give Pizza Hut the shot. I ordered extra cheese also. I have posted before and after pictures. One of my boxes was taped and the other had been opened upon receiving? The last photo is me adding cheese lol. Off to the next pizza place.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was very skeptical about ordering from this Pizza Hut location. But since it was the closest and I didn’t feel like driving far, I rolled the dice and ordered anyway. To my delight, the service, pizza and experience was good! Even though I had to go inside the restaurant because they neve came out for curbside service, I still liked the overall experience. The African-American man at the counter even asked me if my pizza was to my approval after he saw me check it out when I picked it up.
