I went to order at 7:40 p.m. kali gave me attitude about she isn’t serving food because she turned the oven off and she is walking out at 8:00. I asked what time they close. She said in 5 minutes. I ask so not 8:00. She rolled her eyes and neck. I asked her not to give me attitude and ask for her name. I didn’t ask her to warm anything I could have done it myself. I just didn’t like the attitude I didn’t give her attitude til afterwards.

This location requires a mask which is fine, however, they do not provide masks. My problem with this is that this location is not an enclosed space, has no walls, and is within a mall in which not every store requires a mask. So what you have is a bunch of people wearing masks incorrectly and pulling it up and down to suit a store’s preferences. Therefore, the point is mute. So if you want people to wear mask for the sake of policy then just provide them.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have never been so disgusted by someone’s attitude as I was with Gabby. First of all if you require a mask that is fine but allowing employees to be rude about it is just bad business. Kicking WHITE people out of the line FOR NO MASK AND ALLOWING other races to order with no mask is just plain discrimination!! I don’t even want Starbucks that bad the ugly attitude is the problem. Shame on this company for being so willing to lose money and customers over a mask that doesn’t even work!! Try teaching respect for everyone not just those sheep who wear a mask and comply with stupidity!!

I will not be returning to this location of Starbucks… Was sent on a run for several people like hurry get coffee and come back to work run. Well I didn’t grab a mask… so was kicked out of the location… which is fine everyone do what they must… but I have a medical problem aka PTSD (i wear a medical bracelet) which I’m unable to breath with a mask so I did get vaccinated for this reason so when I try to explain to this very rude lady she didn’t even care r want to hear it so she kicked me out…
