Let me start this with we usually order here all the time but after tonight never again … we had one of the worst experiences tonight I placed a mobile order for pick up it was about 12:22am when we went to pick it up we sat at the window for a bit before they told us to pull into a parking hole to wait (no big deal I expected a little bit of a wait since it was so late ) now here’s where the issue was while waiting at the window we saw the guy making our food WITHOUT gloves when we addressed this issue with them when they brought our food out both workers claimed they didn’t have gloves & they didn’t need them ( you can look up the policy and see they are supposed to wear them plus we have family that works for this company & have worked in the fast food industry before ) anyways when we asked them to refund or remake it , it was an issue they called the manger as they said & we were told they couldn’t issue a refund since I ordered on the app ( no problem except I couldn’t canceled the order or request a refund & customer service claimed I didn’t even have an order when clearly I did I even gave them the order number they said they would just remake the sandwich’s but it would take a bit ( I said that’s fine as long as they used gloves I didn’t hear them tell my bf that they so called didn’t have any gloves ) well I’m 100% sure they didn’t remake them at all because it only took them 4 minutes if that to bring it all back out & it was all cold ( I only know this because I was on the phone with customer service for about that time trying to get my money back so we could just tell them to forget it ) & when the lady brought it out she had gloves on talking about oh we did have gloves I just didn’t know because I’ve only been here 3 days ( she wasn’t even the one we saw making the food while looking in the window it was the man that was working & on top of that she should of already known from the start she was supposed to wear gloves because it’s in the training / videos you do before your even allowed to work with food ) the ONLY reason I even accepted the food after all that is because my kids were hungry & wanted their kids meals ( they didn’t have sandwiches ) if it wasn’t for that I would of just said forget it all together. So needless to say I wasted money on food that wasnt ate because it wasn’t remade in under 4 minutes especially when it was cold at that ( all the sandwiches went straight to the trash when we got home ) & she said she had to cook more & we already waited like 15 mins or so just for them to bring it out the first time so I know for a fact it wasn’t remade in 4 minutes.

I used to go here almost every morning. I wanted to order the two for three, it was still on the menu. He said we don’t have it anymore. It’s finished. I said ok and left. I came back later and got a chili and some cookies. The cookies were great. The chili was terrible. Immediately upon opening it, my first sight was the giant cut up cheese burger right on top. So grabbed a plate and dumped it on to the plate. There was three cut up cheeseburgers with bun in my large chili. So I decided to Google it to see if the original recipe had cut up cheeseburgers and I didn’t know. Yeah not so much. There’s the option if you want to put it on there, but not cheeseburgers. So I started taking pictures. Yeah I want some answers!

Food was great. Speed of service was next level. The lobby was clean and looked well maintained. These employees deserve praise. Im glad I choose to stop here for my family to eat

Ordered drive thru pick up. Got the wrong order. They got confused with what I was saying and refunded the correct order. When putting in a new order for it instead of looking up the order they took it off my partner’s phone from the screenshot of the order I sent. When given the new order they forgot a double stack. After receiving replacement he left to avoid conflict. The workers were yelling at each other across the kitchen while actively wearing headsets. This is lazy service that is either rushed or not properly communicated.

Why doesn’t the meat fit the bread anymore?! And thinner than ever for almost $6 for just the sandwich. It had good flavor but not worth it. It was more of a snack. Service was okay. Not very friendly but I know its a difficult time so I get it. I applaud them for working. Will not return. Value not equal to price for me.

Tried to go inside at 9:30pm and the doors were locked. So i pulled up to the drive thru and I was told to go inside, yet the doors were locked? After telling the young man on the speaker that the doors were locked I overheard a girl in the back say very rudely, “they aren’t locked. they aren’t locked” As if i was lying out my ass??? Not sure what her name is or if she’s in management but if she was in any of my stores that wouldn’t fly with me or any other DMs. Completely unprofessional and very rude. If the doors weren’t locked don’t you think I’d already be inside? LMAO

The food was mid at best, and we waited 15 minutes for a very simple drive through order. Fries weren’t hot, and when I went inside I had to repeat 2 times what my order was, all the while getting attitude from the man behind the counter. If I could give 0 I would.

I got 4 sandwiches 3 out of the 4 were messed up. I went back to get the sandwiches remade and fresh fries since they would be cold by time I could eat my sandwich. Shift manager Micheal never apologized. I told him thank you several times and he never said your welcome or anything. I should have checked the sandwiches before I left the second time but I didn’t. Well wouldn’t you know 2/3 were messed up so I called and the manager was very rude and told me to come back and we could look at them together. I get to the store and the shift manager Micheal says I watched my employee make the sandwiches and basically said I put the mayonnaise on the sandwich and took the bacon off the one. He offered a refund but all I wanted was the sandwiches made correctly. Then I hear him talking to his employee do you see this only this this and this on the sandwiches. Very rude, disrespectful, and not professional. I will definitely not be using this Wendy’s again. I will also call his manager and corporate tomorrow. I can not believe they would hire somebody like that.! I can’t imagine how he talks and treats his employees. Mario do better at selecting your “shift managers” because he definitely is not a good choice nor fit for the position. Oh not to mention he almost did not get the sandwich correct and almost put mayonnaise on the sandwich which was not supposed to have it on there ♀️ ♀️Not to mention my sandwich was cold ♀️ ♀️

Disrespectful at the drive through window. Seen them inside wiping they noses and no one having gloves on while putting their hands on peoples orders. Food always comes out cold. The last 2 times I’ve been here. This place needs new management.
