I got 4 sandwiches 3 out of the 4 were messed up. I went back to get the sandwiches remade and fresh fries since they would be cold by time I could eat my sandwich. Shift manager Micheal never apologized. I told him thank you several times and he never said your welcome or anything. I should have checked the sandwiches before I left the second time but I didn’t. Well wouldn’t you know 2/3 were messed up so I called and the manager was very rude and told me to come back and we could look at them together. I get to the store and the shift manager Micheal says I watched my employee make the sandwiches and basically said I put the mayonnaise on the sandwich and took the bacon off the one. He offered a refund but all I wanted was the sandwiches made correctly. Then I hear him talking to his employee do you see this only this this and this on the sandwiches. Very rude, disrespectful, and not professional. I will definitely not be using this Wendy’s again. I will also call his manager and corporate tomorrow. I can not believe they would hire somebody like that.! I can’t imagine how he talks and treats his employees. Mario do better at selecting your “shift managers” because he definitely is not a good choice nor fit for the position. Oh not to mention he almost did not get the sandwich correct and almost put mayonnaise on the sandwich which was not supposed to have it on there ♀️ ♀️Not to mention my sandwich was cold ♀️ ♀️

Why doesn’t the meat fit the bread anymore?! And thinner than ever for almost $6 for just the sandwich. It had good flavor but not worth it. It was more of a snack. Service was okay. Not very friendly but I know its a difficult time so I get it. I applaud them for working. Will not return. Value not equal to price for me.

Asked for no pickles, there were pickles on my burger. 🙁 Employees in drive thru are always very rude here. They don’t say please, thank you, or have a good day. Never have smiles on their faces. One older lady in particular is always incredibly rude. Rolling her eyes, pursing her lips and scrunching up her face like she has an issue when you politely ask for sauce for your fries. One time I mentioned to her that the new girl that was training taking orders was hard to hear and if she could let her know to speak up a bit in the speaker because of the road noise. She turned around and said people always have a problem with something before slamming the window shut on me. This is not the location for good service at all. Having worked in food service, I know how stressful it can be but you should always strive to put a smile on for the customers. Very disappointing!

Female Window Team Member was rude when I asked for a larger bag…my frys were out the top of the bag and I had to hold bag with both hands. She gave me some side eye…wth? REALLY?? Because of a freaking bag? Did it take so much out of your day to put my food in a proper bag? Also I ordered nuggets buy 1-10 piece and buy another for a $1, the nuggets were over fried (last nites nuggets re-fried), oily and smelled rancid. The Older Female Team Member at the window needs advice…YOU need to work behind with the cook or get another job because you have Horrible People Skills.

Absolutely terrible Wendy’s. Takes forever, food is always cold, never give you what you ask for. Ridiculous. Tonight my wife and I ordered the new grilled chicken wraps to try. The idiots who work there put it in a container with no efing wrap. You can’t make this stuff up. Will not be ordering from there again, I’d rather walk to the store in 10 feet of snow and have to make food myself over a hand crafted fire than give that shith0le anymore of my money! And they wouldn’t even answer the phone any of the dozen times I tried calling. Clearly the collective IQ of the workers there is less than their hourly wage.

My French fries were cold, my burger was just slapped together. It was not a good experience. I rarely eat fast food, I will not be going back to Wendy’s when I decide to eat out again

I picked up food from here and it was absolutely horrific!!! My burger was ice cold I didn’t get my fries my wife got a ranch chicken wrap and the wrap was hard as a rock and didnt have any ranch on it and the nuggets tasted like they were from lunch time. What a waste of my hard earned money I WONT BE BACK!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH

I’ve tried going here a couple times because it is the one closest to my house and I wanted to give the employees benefit of the doubt. But every time I go they get my order wrong and when I try to kindly say that my order needs corrected they always argue or roll their eyes. I usually have to pay again just to get my correct order, and there have been times where I tried to check it before I left and an employee complained that I was looking at my order and not just leaving the line. (Surprise) the order was wrong and I had to go back anyway. I’m just going to go to the one on Foxcroft from here forward, because apparently the manager here doesn’t know how to train/lead a successful team.

Just went to Wendy’s on Queen st and got just a sandwich and head back to work. I got the sandwich out, it was cold and hard. Really this is ridiculous. I am unable to return because of work. Tried to call numerous time no answer. No wonder this place is not busy.
