Until today I usually encountered friendly, pleasant workers at this Starbucks. I wish we’d not visited this location today as it put me in a bad frame of mind. The worker taking the orders and the worker making the coffee acted put out when I told them the way I wanted my Cappuccino made. I just wanted it made the way Cappuccinos is suppose to be made. These 2 workers were not cheerful at all, at least not towards me. I watched this girl who was making coffee act cheerful and friendly towards others but I was not privileged enough to get any smiles out of them. The other worker called out welcomes loud to others; we didn’t get that welcome. I suffer depression so even a little bit of positivity is something I really appreciate in people.

I love this Starbucks! I think they have finally worked out the kinks and figured out when their busiest times are. Everyone that works there is super friendly! I always use Mobile App and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my drinks, even if I come before the time it’s supposed to be ready. Thanks for making my mornings to work better!
