7-27-23: Barista was very nice and kind but we have shown up to this location closed before and this time we only ordered 1 drink and it took close to 15 minutes to get it. Store was nice and clean.

15 minutes in the drive thru, only to receive my drink made wrong. Another 10 inside waiting while they cleared everything else before remaking mine. The remake was either PARTIALLY blended drink.. or that’s whipped cream, The labelclearly says NO WHIP. Good thing I’m not allergic!

Had a venti Carmel latte and a bacon style turkey cheddar and egg white sandwich. Got my order quickly and it was what I was expecting. I had a 30 minute wait and found a comfortable chair to sit in and read. Only issue was large number of flies. That time of the year, but being inside, I would think maybe there was some way to control them.

Was on the last leg of a long road trip had passed other stops so we could squeeze in just before these guys closed. I know.. Poor form but as a seasoned barista at Starbucks and elsewhere I’m well aware open is open. They were not however open. Seven minutes to close it was all locked up baristas inside. Knowing Starbucks policy I was pretty disappointed. Long last leg in the dark and rain McDonald’s coffee not as good but at least they stuck to their posted hours.

Most of my times getting coffee from the drive through there was nice and smooth. Plus staff are very friendly. Today on 08/14 around 4:00 pm. The girl at the drive through kind of had an attitude rudely saying they don’t accept cash. I’m not upset about using other payments, just upset the girl seems doesn’t know what to do on her job and work with an attitude, didn’t ask me to tap on the pos machine nor asked me if I need a receipt or anything. She seems like doesn’t want to be working there. One bad experience out of 10 times because of her.

This place would not pass health inspection. It hasn’t been cleaned in a while, dirty water dripping to the floor, counters dirty. Workers should take more pride in their environment. Maybe too busy making coffee to care but they should.

I was in the drive thru on 8/5/2023 around 3:15. The young girl that was working the drive through window was rude and unfriendly. I didn’t think the comment she made was necessary. I used the mobile app to order down the road the few miles, then we arrive and get in the drive through behind approximately 3 cars and wait a hood probably 10-15 minutes in the drive thru after giving the speaker our name. We get to the window and this girl proceeds to ignore us for five minutes, then hands us 1/2 drinks and says in the rudest voice and tone “by the way when you use the mobile app it takes 5 minutes to make your order so we just finished making them so be aware of that next time.” Girl. We were in line for 10-15 MINUTES, WE WERE WAITING ON YOU. Don’t treat your customers like an inconvenience, shame on you. Do better. Don’t have a job if you clearly don’t want one. That comment really upset me. These young people need to grow up if they think they’re grown enough to have a job but act like that.

My son and I are in a comparing trip. We have been collecting the been there mugs in every state we’ve stayed. I had stopped at the York Nebraska Starbucks, and they were out. They recommended that I call North Platte to see if they had any. So I did and they said they had one and that they were willing to write my name on it and keep it for me if I was there before close. As I was headed to Colorado, this works great. However, when I arrived, they said that they had sold it to somebody who said they had called ahead. Very disappointing to my five year old. They were somewhat dismissive and just said that we’re sorry it happened and they the other guy lied about who he was. Not very many people have my name, Wilson.

clearly it states open till 7:00p.m. on the website. But they’re closed it’s 6:30pm I’ve stopped multiple times and they’re always closed to me Apparently they just need to close this location. Very very poor customer service to not update your customers who are traveling through and stopping to patronize your business.
