Their service was very fast and very friendly. They knew that I had a baby in the car because he was crying during the drive-thru, and they surprised me with one of my items for free! It was an amazingly sweet gesture and I’m so touched.

I like going here; however, this Starbucks will randomly close for some reason. It has happened multiple times since I’ve been a customer here. It seems like they have some management issues. One morning I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes only to realize they were totally closed. There was no sign or anything posted that communicated that they were randomly closed. Kinda a bummer.

When going to pay for my drinks, I told the cashier multiple times to please use my stars for my purchase. When I got my receipt, I noticed they did not use my stars. So they took my receipt back, voided my transaction and I paid for my drinks with my stars. The next day (today) I went to look at my transactions on my account and noticed they did charge me for $7.51 and there’s a pending transaction for the $16.81. I’ve tried calling the store over and over again and no answer. I’ve gone to the store and said theirs nothing they can do about it. I’m in town for business and have to cancel my card because they “can’t do anything about it!”

I’ve had about 3 caramel Fraps within 2ish years that didn’t have any flavor. Tasted like coffee slushee. They remade it no problem, but never had this experience anywhere else. We r close, but when u grt home and it’s not made right… it definitely sucks. Sounds like they need new pumps from what the worker was mentioning.
