I love to study in this location and the staff members are so nice, however I ordered a specific drink and I gave the lady instructions about how I want my drink and paid more for it. But unfortunately, they did not make it as I want and they did not inform me that they don’t have one of the ingredient for my drink! If they informed me from the beginning I can change my order or go to a different location.

Staff is extremely friendly. They are constantly training new partners. You can tell just by watching. I’ve had one drink that didn’t taste quite right and asked about it. They made a new drink right on the spot.

Since the opening, there have been very few hiccups. The staff are very efficient in making drinks and the lines, even when long, rarely take too much time. Additionally, the staff are SO friendly.

Friendly staff but mistakes on every drink every single time I go. I’ve ordered hot drinks and they make them iced, I’ve ordered frappucino and received cold brew. If I pay for caramel drizzle or any topping, it’s generally forgotten.

They don’t even know how to make frappuchinos. Grinded everything like a thick shake with ice cubes. Cannot taste anything except ice. No whip on top. Never seen a starbucks location make frappuchinos this way. They did not even serve it in a correct cup, gave it like an iced coffee with opening on the side instead with a opening for a straw at the center.

This is a brand new location. However, the staff here are incredibly rude. I opted to go inside when their drive-thru cash register wasn’t working and rather than hand a stranger my unlocked phone to pay, and was met with attitude, finger-pointing, and disgust. We will not be using this location again.
