We went through the drive thru and Curtis was excellent. He was kind and explained that it would be a couple minutes for our fish. When he brought our food, he was very considerate and let us know everything was in the bag. Thank you, Curtis! He was one of the best drive thru people I have had.

Potato cakes are permanently back on the menu also fish sandwiches are on the menu probably for a limited time, but they are delicious and should be an everyday item as well. Nice selection of other sandwiches as well. I’ve always had friendly and prompt service, and it’s one of the few places I order drive through, and all the items are in the bag and correct.

UPDATE: Returned today. It was horrible. Our order was wrong, not once, but twice. Ordered a Chicken Corson Bleu, no Mayo. Received with eztra Mayo instead. Asked for one to replace it with “meat and cheese only” to avoid the same issue. Apparently, ham doesn’t count as a meat, because there was none. Place was still clean, but we won’t risk this issue again. We will stick with the Arby’s in Chatham and avoid the Litchfield location.
Place was clean. Food was prepared quickly, accurately, and was excellent. Facilities were clean and in good repair. Staff was courteous and efficient. Best fast food experience we’ve had in a long time, and the fact they brought the food to our table made it feel more like a sit-down restaurant than fast food. We will definitely be back.

Road trip stopped at litchfield, IL ordered food got it quick and heard back on the interstate. Started to eat my food and gross!! Who feeds someone this all 3 of my sandwich meat was very thick and chewy. Very disappointed and my sweet tea was not sweet at all.

Be prepared! You are on an interstate. Out of TP and hand towels in womens restroom! Unsatisfactory. Get the sauces filled, straws, etc. Straws out of place. Up on top.

The 4 for $10 was going on. I ordered one of those the lady rang the order up and I paid them realized she rang me up for 2 4 for $10. I corrected her and the manager took my card to refund the amount. The money still hasn’t hit my account. Just disappointed

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants, but I was blown away by this particular Arbys. We stopped through on our way home from vacation. The kid at the counter was so polite. Our food was ready within 2 minutes and was hot and fresh.
The restaurant was clean and modern. All the employees looked like teenagers. I hope their managers and parents are proud of them.
