Not sure if she was having a bad morning, but the lady who took my order told me to “Hold on!” when I started to tell her my order after she asked. I wanted to walk out after she said that but I had already promised my grand daughters a pink drink. My coffee was very bitter and the cream tasted sour. Now I know to go elsewhere.

While generally all my experiences at Starbucks have been good, it really depends on who is helping you on the other side of the counter. While not very friendly or helpful I can’t give 1 star only because the barista might have been experiencing a tough day or other issues I didn’t know about. Still, a hot cup of hot chocolate made the evening worth it.

would give it 0 stars if i could. absolutely terrible service. went up today to get my normal coffee, just at a different place. when i told the lady my order she said it was “wrong” and that “there’s no way i wanted that because it was going to be too sweet” and i thought that was extremely rude. strong coffee flavors aren’t for me, and for her to tell me MY order was wrong? she sat there at the counter and argued with me for about 15 minutes about MY order. definitely won’t be going back EVER.
