Went there a few days ago thru the crapply engineered drive-thru. My wife got her usual cafe mocha and i got the white chocolate mocha. Both drinks were super watered down and semi-warm. The drinks were bland and unflaverful. We drank the drinks anyways since they were overly priced, and plus we needed the caffeine kick. Toward the end of finishing the drinks, we both noticed that the thick syrup was accumulated at the bottom. You would think that they would stir the drinks, especially when they are charging a whopping $6 for each coffee beverage. Furthermore, when the casher stuck the card swipe machine out the window, the first thing on the display screen was asking if we wanted to tip. Good thing we didn’t tip after paying a whopping $6 for each drink. Makes you wonder if they didn’t stir and heat the drinks for not tipping. If this was the case shame on you. What? You guys think you deserve a tip for what exactly? Anyhow, not going back to the crapply service experience or the crapply engineered drive-thru, my suv took a nasty curb jump when making the right onto north and south. It also makes one wonder how many cars jump the damned curb.

The goofy homeless looking white guy at the counter stopped greeting me midway, I guess it took him a minute to process I was black. I mean he literally began to greet me then stopped, just weird. A white male came in after me and he greeting him with a “welcome in” real extra, loud and happy with it like he had a point to prove. It was hilarious, I think he almost said, “hey brother”, Just obviously going out of his way to be a real chowderhead. I wasn’t rude at all to these people and I’m never rude when I come in so that can’t be the excuse for his weirdness. When my sandwich was ready, Helga, the other trog, placed my sandwich on the counter with all the mess of other orders and walked away, I had to ask where my food was because I didn’t see where she put it initially and I didn’t want to touch other people’s stuff. I mean a mess of food and drinks everywhere it was like picking through a goodwill bin. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. Not to mention it was LUKEWARM..there was Carmel sauce all over my coffee cup, MORE DISGUSTINGNESS..I mean they were trying hard to be aZZ.. When I called back to complain, he hung up on me, lol. Starbucks used to be great but now they seem to hire the worst kind of people. Maybe pill addicts, i’m not sure. They all seem so angry..at this location especially. The white men always have this mean distant look in their eyes, it’s crazy. They probably feel like they shouldn’t serve black people lol like it’s 1956 or something. Or they’re probably in financial straits and like any other derp, they bring their problems to work. I don’t know what there problem is but I’m sick of it. It’s disgusting and they should all be fired. I hope they all become jobless and penniless and resort to living in houses made out of t-shirts near the riverfront . ALSO I’ve grown to hate Starbucks and pray that you all go out of business. The buildings seem dirty, the coffees are nasty lately, your microwave food stinks and the employees stink to high hell. I hate Starbucks and I made a promise to myself to never visit another one ever..ever. Disgusting

Staff is always very friendly here despite being soooo busy in the morning! It’s a smaller-sized starbucks with only a couple of small tables to sit in, so if you’re a student like me, avoid going to study at more busy times here or you’ll most likely not get a spot to sit. If just grabbing your morning coffee, pickup is the way to go in order to limit the drive-thru traffic going out into the street, and it’ll save you some time as well.

Great little place to enjoy a cup of joe, a latte or refresher. Plenty of seating and the staff was very nice.

Another go-to. The baristas have never let me down and they always go out of their way for me. Hands down best Starbucks place. I had made an online order on their app and went in and realized I made the order for the wrong location. They said that they would gladly make the order instead of having me drive twice as far…every barista I’ve come in contact with has given exceptional customer service. This is my favorite Starbucks

Was closed at 5 pm on a Monday for no reason. Highly unprofessional – wasted 15 minutes of my time. Pathetic franchises like these erode the national brand – I hope Starbucks brand is paying attention – if not the investors and consumers are watching and we are happy to take our dollars to competitors who deserve it.

I arrived at the location at about 6:50am and pulled to the drive thru. No cars were in the drive thru so I pulled straight to the speaker. I sat there for about 3-4 minutes looking at the menu and no one ever came to the speaker. I then pulled to the window and sat there for about 5 minutes, watching the employees glance over at me and laugh. They completely ignored the fact that I was there. I saw someone standing in their lobby so I thought maybe they’re not taking drive thru orders. I parked my car and went to the doors. I pulled on each door and all were locked. At this point I’m talking through the glass door to one of the employees. I asked were they closed and she said yes. I pulled up their hours online that says they open at 5:30am, so I was a little confused. I spent almost 10 minutes trying to place an order, and at no point did anyone tell me they were closed. I’m not sure if they were just refusing my service, or if they were short staffed. But considering someone was standing in the lobby, I felt like they didn’t want to take my order. This whole experience has made me completely uncomfortable and I almost feel discriminated against. If someone would have just told me the moment they saw me at their window that they were closed, I would’ve felt okay. Instead they laughed in my face and proceeded to stand there as if I wasn’t a customer trying to be serviced. I live in the area and it’s very unfortunate that I had to experience this. Although I’m just one customer and I’m sure they get plenty of service, I definitely won’t be back.
