This location is horrible. The wait time is insane! I went today and waited over 15 minutes to just place my order then waited 10 more minutes left without my drink because I didn’t have the time to wait for it and had to go back later today to get my refund. It was 5 ppl there today and they only focus on the drive-through window! I couldn’t understand for the life of me why it wasn’t one person helping a drive-through person another person helping at the front counter person in the last person doing the mobile orders. then it was the heavyset white lady there in the back who was very rude. I said excuse me she looked me dead in my face and act as if she did not hear me. I’m calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know what’s taking place at this location but what’s even crazier is the drive-through wait times are stupid long as well. I paid $13 for two drinks which is 10 times the price that they cost and you expect me to wait over a half an hour you got to be nuts. FYI: IT’S A NEW COFFEE SHOP THAT OPEN 527 HOLLYHILLS CALLED SPEAKEASY CAFE. I haven’t tried it yet, but after today’s experience, that’s where I will be at!! supporting a small business, and I can almost guarantee the prices are going to be way better.

FYI: This location will be closing July 3, 2022 for renovations and/or upgrades. See pic. If I do come to this location, it’s usually early in the morning before the rush. I enjoy sitting outside & the patio area is quite ample. This early in the morning, the baristas aren’t rushed & get my drink order right. I’ve had bad experiences at other Starbucks locations. The ONLY Starbucks location that makes the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso right consistently. Every other location you have to pray to God that they do it the way it is supposed to be made, but if you come here you already know it’s going to be made right. I literally live by 2 Starbucks’ closer to me than this one and I still make the drive just bc at least I know my drink will be correct. Ugh so good. So yummy. Also the people working are so nice!!!!
