This was my 1st and last time buying food from here. The wings had so much seasoning on them that I couldn’t eat them. The okra had so much salt on them that I couldn’t eat them either. They split a wing in half and sale the halves as 1 wing per half. Do they do this to all wings or was it just me? I spent $16.00 on 5 wings and some okra and couldn’t eat it. Never give children the salt or seasoning to put on food.

Ordered via telephone for my coworkers and I and when I arrived I asked the cashier to make sure the order was correct. Returned to work and we sat down to eat and realized the dry wings were wet, fries were cold, and okra wasn’t fried hard. Will try again in the future during a different time of day to see if I have a better experience.

Food is great! But, you look online at their menu and call to place an order just to find out for instance their 50 pc is no longer $48.99, but is now almost $20 more at $65 something. Then, you ask abiut it and get told their prices updated a year ago. Weird. You would think they would update their pricing and/or menu since the info is apparently outdated on Google.

Where do I begin with this place?! The customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. We waited an HOUR for our food and that was even giving them a 20 minute head start by ordering ahead! I was offered a free drink for my wait but that doesn’t make the wait much more bearable. They give priority to the drive through window above all else. The straw that broke the camels back was when i discovered that they gave my order away at the drive through window! So guess what?! Now I’ve gotta wait for them to remake my order!! Another 20 minutes wasted! To finish out my first and last visit here, they forgot my cheese fries. When asked about it, the staff caught an attitude with me! Wasn’t even worth it because the fries were cold. How there are any reviews of this place above 2 stars is beyond me. The food overall is ok but it’s certainly NOT worth the poor service. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Service was good although the wait time was longer than usual but we just came off the heels of an ice storm. Food is very good, I like the regular corndogs because they are made fresh and have a better meat quality than the large corndog. I recommend the habenero wings which has a sweet taste with a light spicy kick. Overall you can’. t go wrong with the food choices

I went out to this establishment for a team bonding. I had went and ordered way before my teammate’s had even showed up, the young lady who took my order behind the counter had sort of a funky attitude. I had asked for Sweet honey BBQ wings and went to go wait at my table. My team mates had eventually walked through the door and went to go order their food. I waited about an extra 45 minutes for my order to come out as I watched my teammates orders come out before mine. I waited a bit more before the girl that was behind counter to tell me that the wings I wanted weren’t even in stock, so for 45 minutes I waited for wings that didn’t even exist. Instead of checking that they had any, I waited. I then asked for my money back and she told me that I could order something else and at this point I was already fed up. She brought out some wings I didn’t want and it turned out the wings were overcooked. I asked for the manager and the manager never came, so I wouldn’t recommend eating hereunless you want terrible customer servi and overcooked wings.

I saw this place as a restaurant near me, since I’m visiting the city. The young lady who took my order was very nice. My issue was that I have a service dog who is authorized to accompany me in any establishment. The “manager” came from the back and asked to to leave with my dog because “if the general manager were here, I couldn’t allow this”. I then offered to show my dog’s registration identification. The only way I was able to get my food I had already paid for was to tell this “manager” the federal guidelines of a service dog being in an establishment. The food is decent, but if people are gonna be “in charge”, then they should know EVERYTHING including federal guidelines for a service dog entering the establishment.

Called and asked if the Garlic Parm wings were wet or dry, was told they could do them dry. When I get my food they’re wet. When I asked about them being wet they’re like no they don’t come dry. I’m like well when I ordered they said they did if I wanted them dry. The man behind the counter was not helpful. Just blew it off and said well what do you want me to do about it. Good customer service would have asked if I wanted another flavor that comes in dry. So basically stuck with something I didn’t order nor going to eat.
