I ordered a free b-day item the other day (one of the cheese and protein boxes) via the app but gave up standing at the pick up counter as I was approaching 15 minutes waiting since I had another errand to run. I should have just grabbed it from the fridge display myself while showing my order as proof, but I presumed they were too busy processing other orders. I appreciate that staff gave out gift cards for the wait, but I ended up giving mine away to another customer as I walked out the door. At least I think it was originally intended for me? It was placed on the counter as the barista pressed on filling other app and drive-thru orders, the only acknowledgement I received of being there. Another reviewer mentioned flies, and there were a couple I noticed flying around in the store…but it’s summer with their drive-thru window constantly opening and closing, so that’s not a surprise. I normally give the benefit of the doubt at chain coffee places, but this experience really could have been better. I hope staff gets more help or pauses app orders if they’re swamped.

I placed my order at 12:07 pm, an almond milk latte with cinnamon powder. The app estimated it would be ready by 12:14 pm so I figured I had plenty of time to pick up my coffee with an extra 10 minutes leeway. I was there until almost 12:30 pm waiting for the drink. I began to think someone grabbed my drink on accident or something as I watched them work through new tickets. Thus, I politely asked about my drink around 12:25 pm as I needed to get to work. Unfortunately, I was scolded by the employee twice as she made my drink that I had only ordered 16 minutes ago. Very disappointed in the slow and rude service, not to mention the store is overrun by flies.

I’m not one to complain, everything is usually great, I come almost everyday. The past few times I placed mobile orders and go through the drive through, there has been a gentleman, middle aged, working it, and handing off the drinks. Today was just exceptionally bad customer service. When I pulled up to the window, he just turned to look at me and I smile and say hello. He walks off, goes and grabs the drinks and food, me saying thank you after each reach. I asked if I could have two straws after he hands the drinks to me, reaches to get the straws, hands them to me, I say thank you again and he turns away from me and he was done. I never once got a word out of him up at the window, the attitude was almost that of me inconveniencing him. I manage a facility just down across the street that is HIGHLY big on customer service first over anything. My employees and I are here daily, if not multiple times a day and everyone is almost always fantastic, great attitude, and always seem so willing to be helpful and kind. But this gentleman has left a bad taste in my mouth the few past times he has been working the drive through. A simple hi/hello would have been sufficient enough but I received silence and the feeling of inconveniencing people.

Today i have to rate you a one because you have now allowed mobile app to create a false timeline for delivery to counter when you are a walk in customer. I waited 25 mins and when asked where am I on the list it was stated im a good ways down. I had to ask for my money back to get my coffee.

Wide variety of drinks. Light on foods. As busy as they always seem to be, they do a real good job of keeping up so it doesn’t take too long for you order. It’s a bustling type atmosphere with all the coming and going quickly but if you do stay, there’s something about a simple hello , or how are you that let’s you go back

Sunday 12th 3:50pm. Stood there ordered our drinks 20 minutes later still standing there. Then when I nicely asked why is it that I keep seeing car after car in drive through drinks being made but yet I’m still standing there waiting for only two drinks to be made. Then I ask and there comeback from the Guy/Girl drive through is our priority three employees and a manager doing nothing. Then tell me to keep my patients. Not after 20 minutes and I paid and waited. Don’t worry I will make sure all of Canton Peoria Pekin will all see it splashed on the web. And find out who is the franchise owner of this one.
