Mobile order was so slow and when I went to get order, they told me the pumpkin spice muffin was out of stock. They would replace it with a pumpkin spice loaf. I waited asked 2 times about the replacement item. I finally left because I could not wait any longer. No refund! Total time waiting was 30 minutes.

The new Roscoe location is doing great! The line moves quickly, and the staff are upbeat and friendly. The hot drinks are got and cold are cold. They are helpful with new drink suggestions, too!

Best Starbucks ever!! Everyone calls me by the name and “THAT” makes me a smile and comfortable even when i’m tired or having a bad day. I always order online that has special requests that I’ve only told them twice, (special requests are not even written in my online order) but seems everyone already knows how to make my drinks… very special place for me and my wife also will be our life time Starbucks!!

The crew at this location is phenomenal. Always consistent, friendly and they handle the heavy traffic very well! From seasoned veterans to their new trainees, they go above and beyond to ensure order accuracy and always make my mornings (and afternoons) a little brighter!

The customer service at this specific Starbucks location is always off somehow. I’ve been here several times. First time I came in, my single Danish in my order took over 10 minutes past the promised finish time. Other time, I ordered inside and the ladies were chatting together while one was taking my order. They were also showing each other things on a phone before my transaction was finished. During this, the one that took my order also didn’t notice that I still had to owe more money because she was distracted from her coworker. I will stick to my usual Starbucks instead of this one.

I love Starbucks and I am so glad there is a Roscoe one now. But I have been there quite a few times already and usually my Venti Strawberry Açaí Refresher with Light Ice has tons of ice and barely tastes better than water. For those of you who order this drink you can tell by the color of you get a good one. This is my order from today which was supposed to be light ice. The ice goes all the way to the bottom…
