The baristas are good people and very kind. I’ve been here multiple times and they always make my cafe vanilla frappe wrong. They put either way to little coffee or way to much. Definitely am done coming here.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it enough chances to know it wasn’t just a coincidence, new employee or an off day. My latest experience was so bad that I felt I needed to notify corporate. If I’m paying $10 for a cup of coffee with added, (Paid) options, I’d like to get what I paid for. No matter what I order, it never comes out right. After speaking to other family members in the area, it seems like everyone steers clear of this location to avoid the letdown.

The staff here is nice… the last couple visits I have been here, but the mobile pickup here sucks!! Other locations I have no problem with mobile pickup. I can be down the street and my order is ready when I get there with in 5-10 minutes. This location… nope.. Yesterday, I was at home. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to this location… I ordered at 9:05 am, and it said my order will be ready at 9:20 am. I got there at 9:20 am exactly.. my drink wasn’t even up and ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my hot latté. I am not pleased with their mobile pickup.

Staff is great, but this building is an absolute nightmare. It is so incredibly loud inside everyone either prefers the drive through, outdoor seating or mobile order pickup. Seriously spend a couple hundred dollars on some sound deadening material and make it a more pleasant place to sit and have coffee it’s obnoxious.
