I have been coming to this location in Flower Mound since it first opened, and it has consistently been such a wonderful experience. My favorite part about coming here besides the coffee (obviously) is being greeted by Ms Rene. She is truly the sweetest lady — a ball of Positive energy, and she genuinely has the most beautiful soul.
She and her staff are always kind, welcoming, and greet me every single morning as I come through the drive-through. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and warmth these days.
Rene truly embodies what it means to be hospitable. She goes above and beyond, and it never feels forced — it’s just who she is.
She is an absolute gem and deserves all the blessings. This location is lucky to have her!

I love my local Dunkin! The staff is always super friendly and quick, even during the busy morning rush. My coffee is consistently made exactly how I order it, and it’s always fresh and hot. Dunkin’ is a classic for coffee for me, but food is not the best. The last two times I have ordered food, it’s been either stale or tasted freezer burnt. I will always go there for coffee, but I’m worried the food will get me sick! The service at this location is amazing, however! Everyone is always so nice and pleasant!

I LOVE this store. There is a woman there that greets everyone with a kind hello, and tells everyone to have a beautiful day. If you are looking at the menu she says just let me know when you’re ready hon. It’s such a great atmosphere. I was just going to go in get my stuff and go. But after that greeting I stayed and ate. The guy back there was singing softly to himself. It was so beautiful. After the morning I had, it was a very nice greeting. And it’s not the first time she’s done this kind of greeting. I think she’s just a happy person. Keep it up!!

⚠️⚠️ I finally found the name for what this location has been doing for YEARS to their loyal customers. DYNAMIC PRICING. A franchise shouldn’t be allowed to do this, especially in already affluent areas where there prices are already higher than at other locations. After 1 p.m. my normal drink goes up 125%. Watch the difference between your order cost in the morning vs the evening. Pay attention to what you’re spending here, people, and if it feels like your order is more expensive here than at other times or compared to other locations, that’s because it is.

Placed an order on DoorDash but this was no fault of Doordash as the bag was sealed upon arrival to my house. The dasher text me and said they were waiting for my food but they were really busy and no one would give them my order.
I could tell the order was sitting there for a while because the ice coffee was watered down and the breakfast sandwich was cold as well as smashed, and burned and not prepared as it should have been. I’ve never seen anything so horribly prepared. My hashbrowns were forgotten as well

This dunkin has by far the best customer service of any location I have been to. They had a bunch of customers in the afternoon and the drive thru line took a while. However, they were extremely apologetic and even offered a donut because of the wait. That is true customer service that you can’t find at other fast food places today.

I was having the worst morning this morning and needed to pick up some donuts for an organization. It ended up I didn’t need them and the woman who helped me was so bright, cheerful, and positive. It was so refreshing and so lovely. Just had to give her and Dunkin a shout out!
