There’s always a long line here. Always. It would be fine if they moved quickly. They don’t—quite the opposite. I always preorder on the app but that doesn’t help my cause. It’s not unusual that they’ll get the order wrong or make some kind of error. They’re not good about fixing mistakes, or admitting a mistake has been made. It’s mostly an exercise in frustration. Also, I recently learned if you ask for something without ice, they’ll serve you as though you ordered it with ice, meaning your cup will be 2/3 full, but you’re paying the same price. Any protests will be met with the “this is the store policy” argument. Certainly if you get extra ice, they will happily charge you the same price but give you less actual product. If you go to any Dunkin and ask for no ice, guess what? They’ll incredibly give you what you asked for. It’s a novel idea, I know.

Was just in Starbucks, my drink was $6 and some change. I was feeling pretty nice and happy I went in there with a great attitude I said hello I ordered my drink the guy was not friendly at all but I still managed to give them a$5 tip I put it in there tip jar they saw me put it in the tip jar and not one of them said thank you.. when I walked out of there no one said goodbye have a great.. I kind of wanted to go back in and get my $5 out of their tip jar.. I get tips for a living and I make sure to tell everybody thank you and all I wanted was a simple thank-you from either the young man working there or the girl with the very long nails working.. I will never go back into that Starbucks and I will never tip again.

I think every time I’ve gone to this Starbucks location I’ve had a bad experience. everyone there seems to hate their job and every customer that comes in. if you kindly ask to get a drink remade when it’s obviously not made correctly, they laugh in your face. and it’s made wrong everyyyy single time. oh and the manager with red hair and glasses loves to be sarcastic. no one ever smiles or says thank you, have a good one, NOTHING. I work in food service as well and understand that you can get annoyed with customers here and there and unintentionally be rude but the workers here just do not gaf and hate their job. it was better when this location was closed down and should’ve stayed that way if they can’t get better and nicer workers

I had ordered an online pick up and as I walked in my order was called I told them I was missing one drink and Grace was rude about me waiting for the drink. I had no problem waiting. After that Jon proceeded to say “you’re gonna have to wait I’m the only one here and this isn’t Dunkin we actually have 100 orders here” I had not directed a word to him for him to be rude. After that my drink was handed to me a caramel frappe that drink was so white and it tasted like pure ice and milk no coffee flavor. Worst experience ever. I would say negative stars

I placed an online order and when I picked it up, one of my drinks were missing. As I waited 5 mins, no one even acknowledged me while standing at the pick up counter. I grabbed one of the “baristas” attention and informed them that I was missing a drink. She then asked what was the drink, so I showed her my order on the app. After another 5 mins, someone else began to make it. After she made it, (wrong size btw) I noticed that there wasn’t any salted caramel cold foam on my drink, so I informed the “barista”. She got an attitude and then asked the other “barista” was that on my order. Like I had a reason to lie when I can clearly prove what I PAID for. She said she didn’t know. So she sloppily made my cold foam without any caramel or salt … and then sat my drink down and walked off. No thank you, sorry about that, NOTHING. And not to mention, my danish was NOT warmed like I ordered. I don’t frequent this location but bless those that do.

I’ve never been yelled at over the speaker when placing an order until yesterday. I had one of the rudest baristas there rush me while I was ordering my drink and sandwich, and when I asked for a few more moments she stayed quiet. She did not even let me finish my sentence when I proceeded with my next item as she yelled “GIVE ME ONE SECOND”. I gave it a minute and she never came back so I drove off to pay. It took a lot for me not curse this person out. I could have taken my business elsewhere but I had already waited in the long drive thru line. As always, if you aren’t happy with your job, simply leave rather than project your miserable mood on to customers. Not returning here again, simply the worst.

Slow. I came in and ordered a warm banana bread and hot Americano coffee. I got the banana bread and waited 30 minutes for simple Americano coffee. They were giving out partial orders and you had to wait for the second and third part of your order. Of course, my banana bread was cold by the time I got my coffee.

So, I had ordered a caramel frappe only to find out that my order was not made fresh. It was an order that had been sitting for a while. It tasted nothing like a caramel frappe. I could only taste water. Not coming back again
