Baristas made my day greeting me as soon as I got in the door and when I explained I’d order as soon as my toddler used the facilities they went “go, go, go!” Not a second thought or guilt for needing to set priorities. The drinks were made quick and delicious. Thanks for understanding!

No pastry supplies on a Saturday. No available straws or sweeteners. Staff ignores the customers. The actual building is nice and it looks like you want to hang out but with the lack of everything, customer service and any supplies you leave quick.

Depending on the crew, it can be perfect or really bad. There is a barista that works the window and he is amazingly friendly, always cheerful, and honestly is just a joy to speak with. Then theres the late afternoon crew who seem like they’re all zombies and can’t make a coffee properly.

I’m not generally a fan of corporate restaurants but the staff here were great the drive through line was wrapped around the building but the staff was getting orders out fast and accurate yet somehow maintaining a calm and friendly interaction. Keep up the good work
