The staff was very friendly. We had three combos ordered and the cashier put them all in their own bags, which was nice. She also explained each bag to me as she set them on the counter so I would know who’s was who’s.

Used the mobile app for the first time. I think Wendy’s might have the best breakfast of all the fast food places. I had a breakfast baconator and a chicken maple bacon croissant. Both were delicious – seasoned fries were perfect too.

They are extremely fast and efficient. My food is always correct. The only complaint I have is the only put a printed piece of paper that states the lobby is open. I believe they should only place a sign if it is closed. I see so many cars drive up and someone walks to the door only to find out that the door is locked.

Refused service because even though they have the fast tap because they refuse to use it. Employee was rude about it, no apology, seemed aggravated, but how am I supposed to know you don’t take cards? Oh so I called manager was rude to me and said it’s only a temporary thing would have been nice to know. I called corporate to which I was informed that the manager of this location was lying to me saying that the outtage was company wide, to which the corporate official was confused. He said he’d call in three to five days we’ll see where that puts us. They did not call back.

Did a mobile order while I was 6 minutes away from the store. Upon arrival I found out that the lobby is closed and drive thru is the only option even for mobile orders. Ended up waiting 15 minutes in the packed drive thru just to get to the speaker to tell them I have a mobile order to pick up. If you’re going to do away with lobby eating then do away with mobile ordering. Or maybe open the lobby to mobile orders and delivery drivers only, because as a Dasher I would be even more upset about waiting there that long for someone else’s food I’m expected to deliver on time.
