I came from the a different Starbucks I had ordered a strawberry açaí, it wasn’t made properly. I had left that location so I kindly asked for a remake especially cause it’s a refresher which is really easy. The Asian girl that works at this location, I didn’t get her name , already had an attitude and said I should’ve did that at the location I got it for , so I told her it’s happened to me in the past and no one has ever had an issue with it. She then said their Starbucks isn’t affiliated with the rest. If I was being a difficult customer then I understand not trying to help , I’ve worked in customer service before but that wasn’t how it happened.if people hate their jobs so much then quit. Simple as that.

This was the best starbucks until they fired pretty much the entire staff, which caused the rest to quit. Even after I moved out of the River Forest area, I drove an hour out of my way twice a week for over a year to see the lovely baristas here and get “my usual.” Not anymore. Today was my last visit to this location after the incredibly lackluster service from Davierre, who made my very simple order wrong twice.

The barista there wasn’t the brightest. How do you forget your first customers drink. Yet the easiest of them all. A simple mango dragon fruit lemonade. She was terrible with service and disorganized. No staff either.

I have never ever disliked a store for their staffs until I came here. I hope corporate replaces everyone. I came in for a coffee Today and was served by two girls, one short and chubby and the other tall and skinny. Both were so rude, didn’t even say hi until I did, it was obvious they were talking about me behind the counter, and they just put the coffee down on the table no eye contact and didn’t even say anything??? I dont write reviews like that but the customer service is so terrible i had to.

I’m starting to actually dislike Starbucks. The quality of the drinks is all over the place! It’s like each locaction can only make one particular beverage really well, and that drink varies by location. I’ve had really great strawberry acai with lemonade at one location, went to another and they didn’t even carry the lemonade! I ordered a particular drink at one location that tasted like a delicious banana split, turns out that the drink only exists at ONE location. How is this possible???

This is a nice Starbucks. Nice alternative to the store up the street. These baristas are ALWAYS friendly. Good coffee. Nice atmosphere. I prefer to stop in this one anytime.

There still open and closing in four mins wife needed some coffee and now they say no well I’m not sure but it takes less then a min to pour coffee in cup and check out they would have still two mins b4 800 I’m sad my wife is sad no yummy star bucks for her stuffy nose ♂️ ♀️
