I WAS A HUGE FAN OF CHIPOTLE UNTIL I RETURNED TO THIS LOCATION. MY LAST VISIT WAS THE WORST!!! I went inside to order carry out. Two older ladies were working alone
No with cashier. Not only did they not greet me, but continued with their conversation. I stood there patiently and waited. I thought maybe she is waiting for food from the kitchen. I looked at the food trays and all were full. I stood there and just when I thought maybe I should just leave… the employee stepped up slowly and looked at me. I still managed to smile and say hi. I get having a bad day. I was the only person there. It was probably just after 1:00 pm on Jan 15th. She finally picked up a bowl and began to fill my order. I guess what’s so disturbing is I am a 65 year old nice lady and I eat here almost once a week 3-4 times a month, sometimes more. I love Chipotle food. So I got over that. But after I arrived home to eat this meal, the actual food was AWFUL!!!!! It had a weird taste and smelled funny. After a few spoonfuls, I tossed the whole meal in the trash. It just tasted as if someone spat or put something in the food. I haven’t been back since. I am hoping I can get past this and return to ANOTHER Chipotle,

I recently placed a pickup order online, but due to an unexpected situation, I arrived about 30 minutes late. When I went to pick up my food, the manager accused me of already having taken the order and coming back to ask for another one.

I was shocked and disappointed by how quickly they jumped to conclusions without asking for any explanation or checking the facts. It felt extremely disrespectful to be treated with suspicion for no reason. The whole experience made me question whether their attitude might have been influenced by bias or discrimination.

As a loyal customer who simply came to pick up a meal I had paid for, I found this behavior unacceptable. I hope Chipotle provides better training for their staff to handle situations with fairness and respect in the future.

Chipotle is a chain business, what makes their products almost the same in all their locations. What makes the difference is the customer service, cleanliness, environment and customer satisfaction. This location is losing money and customers because it is failing in customer service and customer satisfaction, many customers complain about the small portions and it is true, they exaggerate in the portion limits, but the serious thing is that if you choose the best of their meats and pay more you find that it is not quality meat, with nerves that you cannot eat (like the one in the photo), and the employees instead of apologizing get upset by the complaint and had to call the manager to suggest a solution, not to their liking. In addition, it makes you doubt the quality of the food when you see the employees bringing food from neighboring stores for their lunch. They have a lot to work on in leadership and customer service.

Tonight’s food portion size was crazy small. Even my daughter can finish her bowl, that she used to leave a quarter of the food for the next meal. At other Chipotles.
The store close on 11 and I arrive at 7 pm.
I can see clearly that there are too few salsas in the container, but the clerk still tries to get a tea spoon salsa for me.
I don’t think my opinion is important because people keep coming. Maybe because the clerk refilled the salsa, rice, meat, cheese, and vegetables.

Was trying to grab a bite before work, the person at the front charged me double after not asking for it was very confused. Gave me a side of queso that looked like sour cream. Can’t come back good luck to y’all tho.

Daughter on school trip pre-ordered lunch. Got there, order wasn’t ready. Asked the person at the counter about it 4 times, she shrugged and brushed her off. Finally they realized they missed it 25 minutes later, giver her barely enough time to eat before the school bus departed.

Serious attitude problems from multiple staff members. Have been accosted with negative attitudes at this location more than once. I will say the food itself has never been poor but insult seems to be a requirement to eat.
