Right by my job, which is why I frequent this location. Don’t understand why people just can’t pay attention and do thier job correctly. Most of the girls in here were having personal conversations. Maybe that’s why. Every time I visit this location the quality of service goes down, that’s sad … really like this location.

I was at the drive up and the lady who handed me my drink sneezed in her had I told her to remake my drink because she sneezed on her had and then handed it to me she was so rude rolled her eyes at me and started to mumble I can’t believe they let people like that work there I didn’t get her name but she was tall and had blondes brown hair has very bad acne or whatever on her face they need to be more clean and professional

Requested for a iced drink and instead was provided a frappe. I told her the drink was incorrect to which she stated this is how we make it. This was ordered via drive thru with s pretty hefty line behind us. She ignored a solution and walked away listening to the next orders. Given the drink is $10 and now is trash we left angrily, I see the numerous one star reviews below and now understand why.

This location is right by my work which is why I go here. Unfortunately you can’t place an order here if the workers have closed the door for walk-in in customers and mobile orders. On top of that you can’t even go to the drive thru window on foot. I’m not sure if they’re short handed, but this has been going on for some time. It just seems really lazy on the employees part that no one is allowed to pace an order though the window. Should really consider hiring more employees or finding an alternative way to serve your customers.
