I have been there twice in as many weeks. The first time no one answered the phone to take my order. So I drove over there made my order in the drive thru and went and parked. I went back to the window 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. So I got out of line and went back around and it still wasn’t ready at that point it had been an hour since I ordered. So I cancelled there order and went somewhere else for food.

I just placed an order for 12 large 1 topping pizzas for our baseball tournament team and dominos stated it will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes, we paid for the order etc. got in the car to go pick up the pizza then they called us back and stated it will now take them 2 and a half hours to make 12 large 1 topping pizzas. I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and cinnamon bread twist for $22.61. I paid online with a debit card and for some reason they only charged my card $22.51 so when the driver got here they said I owed 10 cents, not a big deal. My main problem was the poor quality of the sandwich. They don’t put enough chicken and bacon on it to justify the price, I saw no ranch, and most of the the did put on the sandwich ended up just in the box. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with food and I’m just tired it. I won’t be ordering from them again. Step it up domino’s of hammond!

The last time I ordered pizza, was recently in February 23 and it was cold, burnt, and tasted like cardboard!!! It was worse than the last time I ordered back in October of 22!! I have given them a few chances to correct it, but it seems like it gets worse!!! I won’t be ordering from them again!!!!

Order online 15 minutes ago, get to the store in 10 minutes to find out they didn’t even start on my order and I’m seeing everyone in the store playing around like they have no orders. Wouldn’t have this under my watch! Update! Now you tell me to park to the side and wait 10 minutes! 20 minutes goes by and no one brings it out! Get to the door and yet the inside is closed now! Now they just staring at me like I have no order!
