Two stars for food bc the hash browns were good. But there were a bunch of pieces of egg shells in my sausage McMuffin.. this isn’t the first time but it’s never been this bad.

This location is legit. Clean, fast, good with the order tickets coming through and balancing the drive through. These guys run a tight shift and dealt with some very difficult customer with aplomb. Also one of the only locations that still has the Grinch fries. Watching the kitchen it seems like the employees on shift today are really on top of things and communicating super well with each other. Cool to see

I just went through their drive-thru I was only person in line I ordered a fish fillet sandwich meal paid the money and left drove to the turnpike heading north I ate a few fries on the way to the turnpike opened up my fish fillet and guess what it’s a Big Mac how do you screw up a sandwich order when you’re the only one in line is it this isn’t that what they do there are they a restaurant they obviously they don’t care

This McDonald’s the food is great, but the service is horrible. You can there has not been one time out of 100 times. I’ve been here that I’ve got my food right away at the window. They always make you wait. What are the kids in? They’re getting paid for the service sucks. You should not have to go to a parking spot every time you go through a drive-through I might as well go into eat my food.

I waited 15 to 20 minutes for my dine in breakfast, after ordering through kiosk machine, the employee was very slow and overwhelmed.
When inquired about my order, her response was I’m the only one up here.

I find this incredicly crazy. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and paid for it in the app. I got there was given a receipt for everything I ordered. However, arriving to the next window I only received two items in my order and was told the rest was cancelled because they didn’t have anymore breakfast sandwiches. Upon speaking with the manager, he told me to wait a few days for my refund. I didn’t receive an adjusted receipt for a refund of the items I didn’t receive. I received nothing to tell me I was going to get my money back other than the manager telling me he couldn’t give me anything, I had to wait to see if I’d be charged the full amount or get refunded… I will say he was very personable but this was totally unacceptable. I was in fact charged the full amount of my order but did not receive most of the items.
Please be aware that if any items are cancelled in your order they do not refund or adjust your receipt right there and give you no proof that you will receive a refund for the items you didn’t receive.

I came to try the new daily double cheeseburger and was wildly impressed (for fast food). The daily double has a lot of fresh greens and crisp onions and pickles but the big difference is it’s not a mustard and ketchup dressing. It’s mayo, it’s SO much better. It’s a banging sandwich!

This macdonald’s is always the go to spot for me in the morning Ms Sue got it all together. But it’s times were that GM can be a little over Bearing and the crew are not them selfs they are afraid to be themselves. But they still give good service
