Another ✅ checked off my list! I’d been wanting to try this place, and I wasn’t disappointed. While dining in would be ideal if you’re nearby, I opted for takeout and was delighted. I was that hungry and ready for a feast—I had a chicken Philly with fries, a steak taco, and a Reuben sandwich. Yes, I went all out! All the food was fantastic, and despite ordering in the afternoon, nothing tasted greasy at all. The fries were perfectly crispy and came without added salt, just like I requested. It’s always nice when places pay attention to those little details.
The chicken Philly was packed with flavor, loaded with spices that hit all the right notes. The taco was surprisingly chunky and filling, especially for the price, and the Reuben was tangy, buttery, and had all the classic toppings. I almost devoured everything in one sitting but managed to save a bit for later. Overall, everything was so fresh without that heavy, greasy aftertaste—a rare find for fast food. Can’t wait to come back, Dog House!

I got the chicago dog with my partner (we shared) and it came out to ~$7 per person, super affordable when it’s an entire meal that included dog, fries, and drink. We were both full and happy.
They are so accommodating if you don’t want a certain ingredient in your hot dog. I loveddddd the experience and the food. Definitely recommend!
There is indoor dining as well as outdoor seating. They also keep some condiments in the fridge next to the register so you can customize it to your liking.
My only complaint was the music was a little loud and the server couldn’t hear us when ordering.

While the ambience of this place may not be one of significance, the food is incredible and perfect to grab and eat on the go. Try the Chicago Style Dog as it is, don’t be picky! It’s delicious!! Also try Joe’s Peach Tea and thank me later, they keep it stocked. Sis and I visited for a quick bite on the way to the park.

They messed up my order. The person working the register didn’t know anything about what came on the food. The bun on the burger was stale. The hot dog was overly burnt and oddly chewy. The staff was unprofessional. Tacos weren’t half bad.
All in all would not recommend.
