Recently built right across from a Target and next to a 7/11. Parking is limited but drive thru is awesome. Staff is super nice, they have a girl, don’t know her name, who is hearing impaired. Wears a special shirt so you can know she is but is also super cool. Always makes my mornings. Inside is cute too.

When in need of a pick me up this is the place to go. Starbucks always hits, I switch up my order but always mindful of calories. There’s about 3 go to drinks, lately the oatmilk shaken espresso is my go to. I also do mobile order which makes it so convenient especially when you want to do a complicated order and don’t want to have to say it at the drive thru window. If the line is long I just run inside and my order is on the counter waiting for me. If you have tried their pastries and breakfast food, you must!

Had a great experience at this location the other day and wanted to share as I would recommend them if you are in the area and need your starbucks fix. The stores interior looks cozy and I can’t wait till we can enjoy it. The staff did a good job on our drinks and we didn’t wait long at all.

I live near by, at times during the pandemic visited daily and was always very happy with the service. The women were very friendly, prompt and the coffee was always perfect. I drink the same thing but my wife changes her drinks and both of us were satisfied. The staff has changed and now this location has me very confused. Having come back from a cross-country trip and having paid a very similar price for my grande iced coffee w/almond milk i was surprised for the additional upcharge. This review comes after a few other bad experiences at this location. The beverage served to me this day is milk and as such i can’t taste any coffee. There’s a Starbucks at the Target, literally a minute away that has much better service and coffee although inconveniently no drive through.

it consistently takes more than 5 minutes to even be noticed at the counter when you walk in, my drink is always wrong at this location, and the entire staff just looks dead inside. this is not the atmosphere i want to enjoy my coffee in. i’ve heard a young woman barista talk about her vibrator in front of customers, and several of the workers talk poorly of the customers in front of them. if you want to be treated like absolute garbage, this is the place to go

The pinned location (at 102 E Irving Park Rd., Itasca, IL on the map) is a former Starbucks location that has been CLOSED since 2020, which I’ve tried reporting to Google. However, the address shown when you click on the pin (it says “330 W Irving Park Rd., Wood Dale, IL”) is a mile or so up the road from the pin, and that is a real operating Starbucks location. If that’s where you want to go, put the full Wood Dale address into Google Maps to be sure you get there. If you get directions to the pin in downtown Itasca, you will find yourself in an empty parking lot.
