Super disappointed… the service this morning was terrible. A heavy set African American woman at the window had food in her mouth didn’t even greet me and let me sit there for 5 min as she did other things. She then just said my total and handed me my items without saying another word. I honestly am halfway to another location and will just go there in the future. I have been coming to this location for years a couple times a week, and the service has been declining drastically.

It’s the Caucasian skinny girl for me. She looks like she hates her job. No smile. Has forgotten my order twice. Messes up my drink and I have too much anxiety to even tell her to fix it bc of her stink face. Needless to say I will not be going there again. Luckily there is another Starbucks down the road!

The crew here is consistently rude in my experience. As Starbucks is now essentially McDonald’s quality, it likely won’t impact the drink/food but the store would benefit from some additional training in customer service.

This is one of my favorite locations. They always take the time to make my experience personal, and to make sure my drink is correct. It has a few of these comfy chairs, which I always take advantage of, and the WiFi is strong. Two barsitas, Bea and Nick, always make you feel welcome, and valued. The store manager runs a good team here, and I always have a great experience.
