This is my local Starbucks that I have been going too for the last 4-5 year. If I have time before work I do a simple mobile order of black tea lemonade and a Croissant 2-3x a week. This morning was extra special as I waited for the croissant I overheard one of the Barista’s quietly tell another that I look like a “creep”. Not sure how or why?! Because I worked I was dressed in a shirt and tie. Why am I a creep?

It was okay a little to busy for my taste which in turn brought down the customer service a few notches. It took quite awhile for them to acknowledge me when I came up to order, because thier drive through was banging. This I felt was something that they could work on. Even if they couldn’t get to me right away acknowledging is important thing to be done in the frist couple minutes. Outside of that when I finally got serviced it went well. Speedy with the order and the order was correct.

One one the most unprofessional businesses Ive encountered in a very long time. We walked in and the kid at the counter just stared at us. No greeting, no hello nothing. We order and the kid says “sure no problem bro”. Huh? You have got to be kidding. We go to the other end to grab our drink and the other guy slides it across the counter.
