Shout out to Eli at the Starbucks on N 27th. I was in yesterday at about 2:30 and his customer services skills are beyond amazing. Had a great conversation and I was left smiling at how positive and kind he is. Still smiling about it today. So if you know Eli’s manager….please recognize Eli for a job done far beyond what is expected. I did tell Eli how great he was too! Absolutely AWFUL service by REAGAN. She was completely unprofessional and I feel sorry for the people having to work with her. Starbucks, take a closer look at that employee.. she definitely did not display or resemble any sort of positive work ethic. Poor customer service and rude to other employees all around.

I very rarely take the time to post reviews, but this trip was worth it!! My husband and I went through the drive-through and were helped by a young man named Eli. What an incredibly delightful and pleasant experience. In a time where quality customer service is often hard to find, Eli was a breath of fresh air. And our pup loved his pup cup!❤️
